David Spondike, Ph.D. bio

“When you get an educator that can teach high school students how to successfully learn college material before they graduate, that is actually in some ways even superior to what a professor does. It’s just a testimony to his skill and what he’s doing in the classroom. If I’m going to recommend a student to a person, I’m going to recommend them to a person that gets results. Without hesitation I would recommend Dave.” ~Michael S.

Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children review for 2026

In our review of this course, we try to help you answer all of your most important questions about Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children as quickly and efficiently as possible, so that you can determine whether this online education training is worth your time and money.

Feel free to jump to whatever question you want answered the most.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

Why use PSTRRMC as an abbreviation of the course name?

During our Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children course review, you might sometimes see us refer to it as PSTRRMC for the following 2 reasons:

  1. We created the acronym by taking the first letter of every word (which was very ingenious and innovative, we know)
  2. We’re lazy and PSTRRMC is simpler and easier for reviewing purposes

The full course name is 54 characters long, including blanks, while PSTRRMC is 7 characters long.

You do the math.

Okay, we’ll do the math. We’re saving 47 characters every time we use PSTRRMC.

So, just a heads up that we’ll be using this abbreviation sometimes, so you’re not left scratching your head and wondering what the heck we’re talking about whenever we refer to PSTRRMC throughout the remainder of this review.

Is the Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children course for you?

To determine whether Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s Udemy course is a good fit for you or not, ask yourself the following questions down below.

The more you answer “yes” to each question, the more likely it is that you’ll like this course.

Can you understand what Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s course is about in 30 seconds or less?

Hopefully, you can easily grasp in 10 seconds or less what this online course is about simply by taking a look at the title that Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. chose for the course, “Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children”, as well as its subtitle: “Positive Parenting Course–Learn Parenting Skills and Strategies to Create a Loving and Nurturing Home.”.

This combo of title and subtitle should be enough to communicate the purpose of the training if Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. is a good, clear communicator (which, of course, you want in a teacher).

In our opinion, if you still don’t know what PSTRRMC is about after looking at these two things, then this is a red flag, and you might be better off not taking this class.

Among other things, it means Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. hasn’t clearly and accurately conveyed what the course is about and might not be the best teacher for you.

For similar reasons, it’s important that you’re able to clearly understand what Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children is all about from the first few lines of the course description.

So take just a few seconds to read the opening lines down below and see what you think of them.

Opening lines of Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s official description of PSTRRMC

Parenting is tough and mistakes made in a moment can take years to repair. Therefore, learning the skills of effective parenting will be one of the most worthwhile ventures you ever pursue.

Roger K. Allen, PhD, has studied family relationships for many years and developed a time-tested set of tools to help parents succeed in raising responsible, emotionally mature children. Replete with examples and case studies, his time-proven course gives you concrete strategies you can immediately put into practice.

We know that good communication is at the heart of a healthy family. But so often our natural tendencies are to either over control or cave-in and overindulge our children. Either way, our children either fail to learn from their experiences or grow in emotional maturity and self-responsibility.

(Read more about this course on the official course page.)

Does PSTRRMC pass the 30 Seconds Test?

You can read a lot more about Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children on the official course page on Udemy, but the point is this: are the title, subtitle, and just the first few lines of the description enough to help you understand what the course is about?

If so, Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. has done a good job and can be considered more trustworthy and a good communicator, which are important qualities for any teacher.

And, if not, maybe you’re better off looking at other Personal Development classes that are more clearly defined and more tailored to your specific interests.

Did Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children appeal to you in 30 seconds or less?

Now that you’ve done the 30 Second Test with PSTRRMC above, what is your gut reaction to this Personal Development course with only the basic information of its title, subtitle, and the first few opening lines of its official course summary?

Did Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. do a good job conveying its subject matter, and did it immediately get your attention and appeal to you?

If so, Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s online course is certainly worth considering some more.

But if not, perhaps it’s in your best interest to consider some other Personal Development courses instead, because clear communication and being able to hook and maintain your interest are two very important qualities for your online learning success.

And did it make you feel like Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. was more or less credible and qualified to teach Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children?

Finally, overall, did you feel like you’d receive the proper training from the instructor of this Personal Development course?

As always, we encourage you to listen to your gut instinct, which is different for every student.

Are the PSTRRMC lessons clear, specific, and organized well?

Part of the (good) problem with Udemy’s online courses, such as the Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children course, is that the instructors are constantly updating them, including adding and renaming lessons.

So it makes no sense whatsoever for us to list out all the modules and lessons in the PSTRRMC course here, because you can just as easily go to the Udemy course page and get all the up to date course structure as of right now.

We do, however, have some tips about reviewing Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s course structure, so that you can get a better sense of whether this program is worth your time or not.

In a nutshell, you want to scan the the titles of the different sections and lessons of the course, and verify that they are clearly relevant to the course’s name, Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children, as well as the course’s subtitle, Positive Parenting Course–Learn Parenting Skills and Strategies to Create a Loving and Nurturing Home..

If the section names and lessons are clear, specific, and relevant, then it’s a good sign that PSTRRMC is potentially a good, useful course for you, and you can have more confidence in Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s teaching abilities and lesson planning.

On the other hand, if the module names are confusing, vague, or irrelevant, then this is a red flag, which might indicate that the program is worth skipping.

Have you taken some free lessons from Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. that you enjoyed?

Have you already learned something from Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. that you valued or enjoyed?

For example, does the Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children training have some free lessons that you can try? (Almost all Udemy instructors will give you at least one or two lessons for free to help you make a better, more informed decision before enrolling in their course.)

But if you weren’t able to get any PSTRRMC lessons for free, have you perhaps watched a YouTube video by Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D., or perhaps come across this instructor’s thoughts on Quora, Facebook, LinkedIn, Github, Reddit, or some other platform?

Or have you perhaps even taken one of Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s free courses or free webinars? (Many online teachers offer these freebies, which is a great way to get to know them and evaluate their teaching methods before buying one of their courses.)

In any case, the more familiar you are with Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s teaching methods, and the more you enjoy them, the more likely it is that Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children will be a good fit for you.

(P.S.: We strongly encourage you to seek out some free instruction from Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. before purchasing this course, since it’s one of the best ways to determine whether PSTRRMC will be helpful for you.)

Are “Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children” reviews generally positive?

On the bottom of the PSTRRMC page, you can read student reviews of the class.

Prior to February 17, 2026, there were 3,597 students enrolled, 1,249 reviews / ratings, and it was overall rated 4.5 out of 5.

Obviously, the more highly other students rate PSTRRMC the better, but no matter what, keep an open mind when reading the reviews, since you might still like a course a great deal that other students dislike.

After all, everyone’s got their own opinion.

We recommend that you spend only a couple minutes scanning the PSTRRMC reviews to get an overall sense of them. You don’t have to read each one!

Is Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. responsive to student questions in the PSTRRMC training?

You can see what other students have to say about this in their PSTRRMC reviews.

But, our simple all time favorite way of gauging an instructor’s responsiveness is to simply email the instructor and see if or how they respond.

In this case, Udemy has a messaging system for students / anyone who has an account, and you can send Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. a message through this system quite easily, even if you haven’t bought PSTRRMC yet.

For example, you could say, “Hi, and I came across PSTRRMC while looking at Personal Development courses on Udemy. If I enroll in your training, would you mind if I asked you any questions along the way?”

If you use this approach, the response (or lack of response) from the professor will tell you everything.

Obviously, the quicker the response the better!

Are you comfortable going through the lessons in Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children on your own, online?

This is a big one, because Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children is an online course as opposed to a course that you physically take in a classroom.

Of course, you will need a good internet connection to have access to the course material and lessons, but beyond that, you also have to be comfortable being self motivated to some degree, being on your own, and not having any physical interaction with any of the other students taking Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children.

Yes, you will be able to interact with the students and the teacher, Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D., online, but it’s a different kind of experience than what you’d get if you were interacting with them in person.

This is not a big deal to most people, but it might be something for you to consider if you feel like you do better taking classes in person rather than learning online.

Do the pros / benefits of PSTRRMC make it worth your time?

Ideally, if you’ve gone through the evaluation steps above, you have a list of positive things about the Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children training that looks something like this:

  • The purpose of PSTRRMC can be clearly grasped and understood, and its lesson structure is clear, specific, and well organized
  • Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. is well qualified to teach this subject matter, has good teaching abilities, and is responsive to student questions
  • Other PSTRRMC students have great things to say about the program

Other benefits include:

  • You get to go through PSTRRMC at your own pace
  • You join a community of 3,597 other students taking the course
  • You get lifetime access to the training
  • All updates to the training are free
  • You have a 30 day money back guarantee

Even if there are some things that you don’t like about the program, so what?

The question is simply this: do you think that PSTRRMC would be worth your time, even if there are some things that could be better about it?

Can you comfortably afford PSTRRMC?

Can you comfortably afford the cost of Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children?

This is an important question to answer, because even if you think PSTRRMC sounds like the greatest online class in the world, it’s still not worth taking if you can’t comfortably afford it!

Before February 17, 2026, the price was $15.99 before any Udemy discount, and you were able to pay with a credit card.

Keep in mind that this is a Udemy online course, and there’s a great chance that you can get a solid discount on PSTRRMC with Udemy coupons / promo codes, especially with the strategies we provide for helping you find the best, most popular coupons available.

We’ll cover that in greater detail in the next section, because at the end of the day, its important that you can learn whatever you want to learn without getting into a lot of credit card debt.

How can you maximize your discount on Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children?

By far, the easiest way to get the best and biggest discount on this course is to use the Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children discount code link at the top of this page.

It will instantly give you the best coupon code we could find for Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s online training.

We don’t believe there’s a bigger discount than the one we provided, but if for some reason you’d like to try find one, you can use the methods below to hunt for the best PSTRRMC course coupons and promo codes you can find.

FYI, the methods below will help you not just with getting PSTRRMC for a better price, but also with any other Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. Udemy course that you’d like to get for cheaper.

How can Google help you get a PSTRRMC discount?

To use this method, do a Google search for the PSTRRMC training, but in your search query, be sure to add words like coupon code, promo code, deal, sale, discount, and Udemy.

For example, you might do a search for “Udemy Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children promo code” or “Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children udemy coupon codes” and see what turns up.

Similarly, you can use the same combination of search terms with Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s name and see what happens.

For example, you might do a Google search for “Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. Udemy coupons” or “Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. course coupon codes” and see if that helps you.

However, in general, it’s far more powerful to do a search for deals and coupon codes with the actual training’s name, than with the instructor’s name.

So in this case, for example, prioritize searches for “Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children coupons” rather than “Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. coupons”.

How can a Udemy sale get you PSTRRMC for cheaper?

Every once in while, Udemy will do a sitewide sale where they offer all (or almost all) their courses at a discounted price. For example, one of the best sales is where every course is only $10 or $9.99.

So, if you’re interested in saving as much money as possible, you could wait and see if you can get PSTRRMC for this cheaper Udemy sale price one day.

The problem is that these sales only occur sporadically, so you might be waiting for a while. Also, if Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. decides not to participate in the site wide sale, then you won’t get a discount on PSTRRMC, even though you could get a great discount on almost any other class at Udemy!

To understand this, think of there as being two different coupon categories for the PSTRRMC course. Category one is an official Udemy coupon (which instructors can opt out of), while category two is a coupon offered directly by the instructor.

At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what kind of a coupon tag you’re dealing with (for example, “officially from Udemy” or “officially from the instructor”), as long as long as as you’re dealing with active coupons that get you a better price.

How can you get a PSTRRMC discount from Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.?

If you’re really serious about getting “Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children” for the cheapest price possible, then perhaps one of the most powerful things you can do is get a coupon code straight from Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D., instead of waiting for a Udemy sale.

To do this, you can use either the direct approach or an indirect approach to try to get your discount.

With the direct approach, the big idea is to simply get Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s contact info in some way or another (whether it’s email, or Twitter, or whatever else).

Then you send a message saying something like “I’m interested in enrolling in Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children. Do you happen to currently have an active coupon code for it that I could use?” (And then, hopefully, you’ll get a reply with your discount code.)

On the other hand, with the indirect approach, you join Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s mailing list, if you can find it, and then you hope that at some time PSTRRMC will be promoted to you at a discount.

By far, the more powerful approach is the direct approach, because it tends to get results faster. But you can experiment with the indirect approach and see if it works for you.

Can you get PSTRRMC for free?

Of course, the best possible price for the PSTRRMC training is free! As in, you pay no money whatsoever.

And guess what? Sometimes Udemy instructors provide coupon codes that enable students to take their courses for free. So, perhaps it’s possible that Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. has done this.

Basically, if you’re trying to get this program for free, you will want to search for the course’s name along with other words like free coupon, or 100 off coupon.

For example, you might do a google search for “Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children free coupon” or “Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children 100 off coupon” and see what happens.

But keep this in mind: often, Udemy teachers will offer a free coupon for their course when it first opens to get some publicity and reviews. And then, after a few days, they’ll make the coupon expired.

So even Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. has offered free coupons for PSTRRMC in the past, the odds are likely they will all be currently expired. This is a common pattern that we have found.

What about a PSTRRMC free download?

It’s important to understand that there’s a difference between getting full access to the PSTRRMC training for free legally with a free coupon code vs. finding a way to download PSTRRMC illegally.

If you really want to go the download route, you can do a google search for something like “Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children download”.

And if that doesn’t get you the results you want, you can add the word “free” to your search.

For example, perhaps you could do a google search for “Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children free download”.

However, even if you get some results from these searches, we do not recommend that you take this course of action.

First of all, there are some shady sites out there that could be trying to infect your computer.

Second, Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. created this course and deserves monetary compensation for it.

And third, if you go the free download route, you’ll be missing out on a lot of value, because you won’t be able to ask the instructor questions or interact with the other 3,597 students enrolled in the program.

Can you get a refund on Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children if you don’t like it?

Let’s say that you used our tips above, and you were able to buy the PSTRRMC training at a fantastic discounted price. So at this point, you’re super excited.

Then, you actually dive into Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s course, and you discover that it just isn’t for you for whatever reason.

And now you’re super bummed, because you feel like it wasn’t money well spent.

Well, guess what?

Udemy offers a rock solid 30 day money back guarantee on all their courses, so you can get a refund on PSTRRMC no matter what. And this means there is absolutely no risk.

Indeed, even if you left a super negative, critical review on the PSTRRMC training, and then asked for your money back, you’d get a refund. For better or worse, there’s nothing Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. could do about it, since it is simply Udemy policy.

To sum it up: yes, you can get a full refund, so at the end of the day, don’t worry about the possibility of purchasing PSTRRMC and not liking it, since you can always get your money back.

What is OCP’s overall rating of Parenting Skills to Raise Responsible, Mature Children?

During this PSTRRMC review, you’ve learned about some of the unusual ways we like to evaluate courses, such as with The 30 Second Test and The 15 Second Bio Test.

So our overall review process is perhaps a little unusual and different from other reviews out there. Keep this in mind when you consider the overall rating / score that we have given this course.

Anyway, after taking a look at the PSTRRMC training, the instructor, Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D., and reading what other students have said about this program, we give it an overall rating of 4.8 out of 5.

Ultimately, though, what matters most is what you would rate it based on the same criteria.

In our opinion, if you still don’t know what BFFTAT is about after looking at these two things, then this is a red flag, and you might be better off not taking this class.

Opening lines of Les Carter, Ph. D.’s official description of BFFTAT

Chances are, you already know how destructive anger can be. Relationships can be destroyed by it and personalities can be poisoned with it. Most angry people do not want to be that way, but they have never been taught how to think differently to act differently.

During this course you will become aware of the important distinctions between constructive and destructive uses of anger. You will also be challenged to use the tools provided in this course to adjust your egotism, your control tendencies, your emotional insecurities, and your adversarial patterns.

By the end of this course you will not only have acquired a valuable understanding of the practical behaviors associated with a healthy and proactive anger management, but also the essential tools for creating a mindset and attitude that will transform your anger from a destructive disposition into a new personal presence that will impart genuine personal and relational success.

Does BFFTAT pass the 30 Seconds Test?

You can read a lot more about Breaking Free from the Anger Trap on the official course page on Udemy, but the point is this: are the title, subtitle, and just the first few lines of the description enough to help you understand what the course is about?

If so, Les Carter, Ph. D. has done a good job and can be considered more trustworthy and a good communicator, which are important qualities for any teacher.

And, if not, maybe you’re better off looking at other Health & Fitness classes that are more clearly defined and more tailored to your specific interests.

Did Breaking Free from the Anger Trap appeal to you in 30 seconds or less?

Now that you’ve done the 30 Second Test with BFFTAT above, what is your gut reaction to this Health & Fitness course with only the basic information of its title, subtitle, and the first few opening lines of its official course summary?

Did Les Carter, Ph. D. do a good job conveying its subject matter, and did it immediately get your attention and appeal to you?

If so, Les Carter, Ph. D.’s online course is certainly worth considering some more.

But if not, perhaps it’s in your best interest to consider some other Health & Fitness courses instead, because clear communication and being able to hook and maintain your interest are two very important qualities for your online learning success.

Does Les Carter, Ph. D. sound like a course instructor you’d like to learn from?

You’ve already learned how to use The 30 Second Test to make a quick evaluation of whether the BFFTAT course is worth taking.

We have a similar 15 Second Bio Test where you read only the first few lines of an instructor’s background — in this case, Les Carter, Ph. D.’s background — and then you make a quick, snap judgment as to whether you think the instructor would be ideal for you.

There is no right or wrong answer. It’s just about going with your gut instinct. What might appeal to one potential student might alienate another, and vice versa.

(FYI, all Udemy instructors, including Les Carter, Ph. D., have a Udemy profile on their course page, so you can easily check for a bio and background on the Udemy website that way. We’re only including the first few lines of the bio down below for The 15 Second Bio Test).

What did you think about Les Carter, Ph. D. after reading just the first few lines of the bio above?

And did it make you feel like Les Carter, Ph. D. was more or less credible and qualified to teach Breaking Free from the Anger Trap?

Finally, overall, did you feel like you’d receive the proper training from the instructor of this Health & Fitness course?

As always, we encourage you to listen to your gut instinct, which is different for every student.

Are the BFFTAT lessons clear, specific, and organized well?

Part of the (good) problem with Udemy’s online courses, such as the Breaking Free from the Anger Trap course, is that the instructors are constantly updating them, including adding and renaming lessons.

So it makes no sense whatsoever for us to list out all the modules and lessons in the BFFTAT course here, because you can just as easily go to the Udemy course page and get all the up to date course structure as of right now.

We do, however, have some tips about reviewing Les Carter, Ph. D.’s course structure, so that you can get a better sense of whether this program is worth your time or not.

In a nutshell, you want to scan the the titles of the different sections and lessons of the course, and verify that they are clearly relevant to the course’s name, Breaking Free from the Anger Trap, as well as the course’s subtitle, A 13 Step Strategy to Keep Anger from Sabotaging Your Life.

If the section names and lessons are clear, specific, and relevant, then it’s a good sign that BFFTAT is potentially a good, useful course for you, and you can have more confidence in Les Carter, Ph. D.’s teaching abilities and lesson planning.

On the other hand, if the module names are confusing, vague, or irrelevant, then this is a red flag, which might indicate that the program is worth skipping.

Have you taken some free lessons from Les Carter, Ph. D. that you enjoyed?

Have you already learned something from Les Carter, Ph. D. that you valued or enjoyed?

For example, does the Breaking Free from the Anger Trap training have some free lessons that you can try? (Almost all Udemy instructors will give you at least one or two lessons for free to help you make a better, more informed decision before enrolling in their course.)

But if you weren’t able to get any BFFTAT lessons for free, have you perhaps watched a YouTube video by Les Carter, Ph. D., or perhaps come across this instructor’s thoughts on Quora, Facebook, LinkedIn, Github, Reddit, or some other platform?

Or have you perhaps even taken one of Les Carter, Ph. D.’s free courses or free webinars? (Many online teachers offer these freebies, which is a great way to get to know them and evaluate their teaching methods before buying one of their courses.)

In any case, the more familiar you are with Les Carter, Ph. D.’s teaching methods, and the more you enjoy them, the more likely it is that Breaking Free from the Anger Trap will be a good fit for you.

(P.S.: We strongly encourage you to seek out some free instruction from Les Carter, Ph. D. before purchasing this course, since it’s one of the best ways to determine whether BFFTAT will be helpful for you.)

Are “Breaking Free from the Anger Trap” reviews generally positive?

On the bottom of the BFFTAT page, you can read student reviews of the class.

Prior to February 17, 2026, there were 633 students enrolled, 245 reviews / ratings, and it was overall rated 4.3 out of 5.

Obviously, the more highly other students rate BFFTAT the better, but no matter what, keep an open mind when reading the reviews, since you might still like a course a great deal that other students dislike.

After all, everyone’s got their own opinion.

We recommend that you spend only a couple minutes scanning the BFFTAT reviews to get an overall sense of them. You don’t have to read each one!

Is Les Carter, Ph. D. responsive to student questions in the BFFTAT training?

You can see what other students have to say about this in their BFFTAT reviews.

But, our simple all time favorite way of gauging an instructor’s responsiveness is to simply email the instructor and see if or how they respond.

In this case, Udemy has a messaging system for students / anyone who has an account, and you can send Les Carter, Ph. D. a message through this system quite easily, even if you haven’t bought BFFTAT yet.

For example, you could say, “Hi, and I came across BFFTAT while looking at Health & Fitness courses on Udemy. If I enroll in your training, would you mind if I asked you any questions along the way?”

If you use this approach, the response (or lack of response) from the professor will tell you everything.

Obviously, the quicker the response the better!

Are you comfortable going through the lessons in Breaking Free from the Anger Trap on your own, online?

This is a big one, because Breaking Free from the Anger Trap is an online course as opposed to a course that you physically take in a classroom.

Of course, you will need a good internet connection to have access to the course material and lessons, but beyond that, you also have to be comfortable being self motivated to some degree, being on your own, and not having any physical interaction with any of the other students taking Breaking Free from the Anger Trap.

Yes, you will be able to interact with the students and the teacher, Les Carter, Ph. D., online, but it’s a different kind of experience than what you’d get if you were interacting with them in person.

This is not a big deal to most people, but it might be something for you to consider if you feel like you do better taking classes in person rather than learning online.

Do the pros / benefits of BFFTAT make it worth your time?

Ideally, if you’ve gone through the evaluation steps above, you have a list of positive things about the Breaking Free from the Anger Trap training that looks something like this:

  • The purpose of BFFTAT can be clearly grasped and understood, and its lesson structure is clear, specific, and well organized
  • Les Carter, Ph. D. is well qualified to teach this subject matter, has good teaching abilities, and is responsive to student questions
  • Other BFFTAT students have great things to say about the program

Other benefits include:

  • You get to go through BFFTAT at your own pace
  • You join a community of 633 other students taking the course
  • You get lifetime access to the training
  • All updates to the training are free
  • You have a 30 day money back guarantee

Even if there are some things that you don’t like about the program, so what?

The question is simply this: do you think that BFFTAT would be worth your time, even if there are some things that could be better about it?

Can you comfortably afford BFFTAT?

Can you comfortably afford the cost of Breaking Free from the Anger Trap?

This is an important question to answer, because even if you think BFFTAT sounds like the greatest online class in the world, it’s still not worth taking if you can’t comfortably afford it!

Before February 17, 2026, the price was $44.99 before any Udemy discount, and you were able to pay with a credit card.

Keep in mind that this is a Udemy online course, and there’s a great chance that you can get a solid discount on BFFTAT with Udemy coupons / promo codes, especially with the strategies we provide for helping you find the best, most popular coupons available.

We’ll cover that in greater detail in the next section, because at the end of the day, its important that you can learn whatever you want to learn without getting into a lot of credit card debt.

How can you maximize your discount on Breaking Free from the Anger Trap?

By far, the easiest way to get the best and biggest discount on this course is to use the Breaking Free from the Anger Trap discount code link at the top of this page.

It will instantly give you the best coupon code we could find for Les Carter, Ph. D.’s online training.

We don’t believe there’s a bigger discount than the one we provided, but if for some reason you’d like to try find one, you can use the methods below to hunt for the best BFFTAT course coupons and promo codes you can find.

FYI, the methods below will help you not just with getting BFFTAT for a better price, but also with any other Les Carter, Ph. D. Udemy course that you’d like to get for cheaper.

How can Google help you get a BFFTAT discount?

To use this method, do a Google search for the BFFTAT training, but in your search query, be sure to add words like coupon code, promo code, deal, sale, discount, and Udemy.

For example, you might do a search for “Udemy Breaking Free from the Anger Trap promo code” or “Breaking Free from the Anger Trap udemy coupon codes” and see what turns up.

Similarly, you can use the same combination of search terms with Les Carter, Ph. D.’s name and see what happens.

For example, you might do a Google search for “Les Carter, Ph. D. Udemy coupons” or “Les Carter, Ph. D. course coupon codes” and see if that helps you.

However, in general, it’s far more powerful to do a search for deals and coupon codes with the actual training’s name, than with the instructor’s name.

So in this case, for example, prioritize searches for “Breaking Free from the Anger Trap coupons” rather than “Les Carter, Ph. D. coupons”.

How can a Udemy sale get you BFFTAT for cheaper?

Every once in while, Udemy will do a sitewide sale where they offer all (or almost all) their courses at a discounted price. For example, one of the best sales is where every course is only $10 or $9.99.

So, if you’re interested in saving as much money as possible, you could wait and see if you can get BFFTAT for this cheaper Udemy sale price one day.

The problem is that these sales only occur sporadically, so you might be waiting for a while. Also, if Les Carter, Ph. D. decides not to participate in the site wide sale, then you won’t get a discount on BFFTAT, even though you could get a great discount on almost any other class at Udemy!

To understand this, think of there as being two different coupon categories for the BFFTAT course.

How can you get a BFFTAT discount from Les Carter, Ph. D.?

If you’re really serious about getting “Breaking Free from the Anger Trap” for the cheapest price possible, then perhaps one of the most powerful things you can do is get a coupon code straight from Les Carter, Ph. D., instead of waiting for a Udemy sale.

To do this, you can use either the direct approach or an indirect approach to try to get your discount.

With the direct approach, the big idea is to simply get Les Carter, Ph. D.’s contact info in some way or another (whether it’s email, or Twitter, or whatever else).

Then you send a message saying something like “I’m interested in enrolling in Breaking Free from the Anger Trap. Do you happen to currently have an active coupon code for it that I could use?” (And then, hopefully, you’ll get a reply with your discount code.)

On the other hand, with the indirect approach, you join Les Carter, Ph. D.’s mailing list, if you can find it, and then you hope that at some time BFFTAT will be promoted to you at a discount.

By far, the more powerful approach is the direct approach, because it tends to get results faster. But you can experiment with the indirect approach and see if it works for you.

Can you get BFFTAT for free?

Of course, the best possible price for the BFFTAT training is free! As in, you pay no money whatsoever.

And guess what? Sometimes Udemy instructors provide coupon codes that enable students to take their courses for free. So, perhaps it’s possible that Les Carter, Ph. D. has done this.

Basically, if you’re trying to get this program for free, you will want to search for the course’s name along with other words like free coupon, or 100 off coupon.

For example, you might do a google search for “Breaking Free from the Anger Trap free coupon” or “Breaking Free from the Anger Trap 100 off coupon” and see what happens.

But keep this in mind: often, Udemy teachers will offer a free coupon for their course when it first opens to get some publicity and reviews. And then, after a few days, they’ll make the coupon expired.

So even Les Carter, Ph. D. has offered free coupons for BFFTAT in the past, the odds are likely they will all be currently expired. This is a common pattern that we have found.

What about a BFFTAT free download?

It’s important to understand that there’s a difference between getting full access to the BFFTAT training for free legally with a free coupon code vs. finding a way to download BFFTAT illegally.

If you really want to go the download route, you can do a google search for something like “Breaking Free from the Anger Trap download”.

And if that doesn’t get you the results you want, you can add the word “free” to your search.

For example, perhaps you could do a google search for “Breaking Free from the Anger Trap free download”.

However, even if you get some results from these searches, we do not recommend that you take this course of action.

First of all, there are some shady sites out there that could be trying to infect your computer.

Second, Les Carter, Ph. D. created this course and deserves monetary compensation for it.

And third, if you go the free download route, you’ll be missing out on a lot of value, because you won’t be able to ask the instructor questions or interact with the other 633 students enrolled in the program.

Can you get a refund on Breaking Free from the Anger Trap if you don’t like it?

Let’s say that you used our tips above, and you were able to buy the BFFTAT training at a fantastic discounted price. So at this point, you’re super excited.

Then, you actually dive into Les Carter, Ph. D.’s course, and you discover that it just isn’t for you for whatever reason.

And now you’re super bummed, because you feel like it wasn’t money well spent.

Well, guess what?

Udemy offers a rock solid 30 day money back guarantee on all their courses, so you can get a refund on BFFTAT no matter what. And this means there is absolutely no risk.

Indeed, even if you left a super negative, critical review on the BFFTAT training, and then asked for your money back, you’d get a refund. For better or worse, there’s nothing Les Carter, Ph. D. could do about it, since it is simply Udemy policy.

To sum it up: yes, you can get a full refund, so at the end of the day, don’t worry about the possibility of purchasing BFFTAT and not liking it, since you can always get your money back.

What is OCP’s overall rating of Breaking Free from the Anger Trap?

During this BFFTAT review, you’ve learned about some of the unusual ways we like to evaluate courses, such as with The 30 Second Test and The 15 Second Bio Test.

So our overall review process is perhaps a little unusual and different from other reviews out there. Keep this in mind when you consider the overall rating / score that we have given this course.

Anyway, after taking a look at the BFFTAT training, the instructor, Les Carter, Ph. D., and reading what other students have said about this program, we give it an overall rating of 4.7 out of 5.

Ultimately, though, what matters most is what you would rate it based on the same criteria.

The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) review for 2026

In our review of this course, we try to help you answer all of your most important questions about The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) as quickly and efficiently as possible, so that you can determine whether this online education training is worth your time and money.

Feel free to jump to whatever question you want answered the most.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

Why use TPODL(ALS as an abbreviation of the course name?

During our The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) course review, you might sometimes see us refer to it as TPODL(ALS for the following 2 reasons:

  1. We created the acronym by taking the first letter of every word (which was very ingenious and innovative, we know)
  2. We’re lazy and TPODL(ALS is simpler and easier for reviewing purposes

The full course name is 59 characters long, including blanks, while TPODL(ALS is 9 characters long.

You do the math.

Okay, we’ll do the math. We’re saving 50 characters every time we use TPODL(ALS.

So, just a heads up that we’ll be using this abbreviation sometimes, so you’re not left scratching your head and wondering what the heck we’re talking about whenever we refer to TPODL(ALS throughout the remainder of this review.

Is the The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) course for you?

To determine whether Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s Udemy course is a good fit for you or not, ask yourself the following questions down below.

The more you answer “yes” to each question, the more likely it is that you’ll like this course.

Can you understand what Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s course is about in 30 seconds or less?

Hopefully, you can easily grasp in 10 seconds or less what this online course is about simply by taking a look at the title that Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. chose for the course, “The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills)”, as well as its subtitle: “Improve Your Relationships, Influence, and Leadership by Using Active Listening Skills at Home and Work”.

This combo of title and subtitle should be enough to communicate the purpose of the training if Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. is a good, clear communicator (which, of course, you want in a teacher).

In our opinion, if you still don’t know what TPODL(ALS is about after looking at these two things, then this is a red flag, and you might be better off not taking this class.

Among other things, it means Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. hasn’t clearly and accurately conveyed what the course is about and might not be the best teacher for you.

For similar reasons, it’s important that you’re able to clearly understand what The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) is all about from the first few lines of the course description.

So take just a few seconds to read the opening lines down below and see what you think of them.

Opening lines of Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s official description of TPODL(ALS

Listening is thought of as a soft skill. Perhaps the softest of the soft skills. What’s the big deal we might ask? We listen every day. It’s something we learned to do as children and it comes naturally. And yet, I’m going to suggest that it is not that easy.

There is a lot going on during communication. The speaker has to put into words not just information but often complex perceptions, thoughts, feelings, and intent.

Then a listener has to decode this message through a filter of their own biases, attitudes, beliefs, feelings, motives, and life experiences. And to make it all the more complex, experts tell us that words make up only about 11% of the message in face to face communication. Tone of voice is about 35% of the message and body language as well as other contextual cues make up about 55%. There is simply a lot going on which can make listening so challenging.

Does TPODL(ALS pass the 30 Seconds Test?

Obviously, the more highly other students rate TPODL(ALS the better, but no matter what, keep an open mind when reading the reviews, since you might still like a course a great deal that other students dislike.

After all, everyone’s got their own opinion.

We recommend that you spend only a couple minutes scanning the TPODL(ALS reviews to get an overall sense of them. You don’t have to read each one!

Is Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. responsive to student questions in the TPODL(ALS training?

You can see what other students have to say about this in their TPODL(ALS reviews.

But, our simple all time favorite way of gauging an instructor’s responsiveness is to simply email the instructor and see if or how they respond.

In this case, Udemy has a messaging system for students / anyone who has an account, and you can send Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. a message through this system quite easily, even if you haven’t bought TPODL(ALS yet.

For example, you could say, “Hi, and I came across TPODL(ALS while looking at Personal Development courses on Udemy. If I enroll in your training, would you mind if I asked you any questions along the way?”

If you use this approach, the response (or lack of response) from the professor will tell you everything.

Obviously, the quicker the response the better!

Are you comfortable going through the lessons in The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) on your own, online?

This is a big one, because The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) is an online course as opposed to a course that you physically take in a classroom.

Of course, you will need a good internet connection to have access to the course material and lessons, but beyond that, you also have to be comfortable being self motivated to some degree, being on your own, and not having any physical interaction with any of the other students taking The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills).

Do the pros / benefits of TPODL(ALS make it worth your time?

Ideally, if you’ve gone through the evaluation steps above, you have a list of positive things about the The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) training that looks something like this:

  • The purpose of TPODL(ALS can be clearly grasped and understood, and its lesson structure is clear, specific, and well organized
  • Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. is well qualified to teach this subject matter, has good teaching abilities, and is responsive to student questions
  • Other TPODL(ALS students have great things to say about the program

Other benefits include:

  • You get to go through TPODL(ALS at your own pace
  • You join a community of 818 other students taking the course
  • You get lifetime access to the training
  • All updates to the training are free
  • You have a 30 day money back guarantee

Even if there are some things that you don’t like about the program, so what?

The question is simply this: do you think that TPODL(ALS would be worth your time, even if there are some things that could be better about it?

Can you comfortably afford TPODL(ALS?

Can you comfortably afford the cost of The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills)?

This is an important question to answer, because even if you think TPODL(ALS sounds like the greatest online class in the world, it’s still not worth taking if you can’t comfortably afford it!

Before February 17, 2026, the price was $15.99 before any Udemy discount, and you were able to pay with a credit card.

Keep in mind that this is a Udemy online course, and there’s a great chance that you can get a solid discount on TPODL(ALS with Udemy coupons / promo codes, especially with the strategies we provide for helping you find the best, most popular coupons available.

We’ll cover that in greater detail in the next section, because at the end of the day, its important that you can learn whatever you want to learn without getting into a lot of credit card debt.

How can you maximize your discount on The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills)?

By far, the easiest way to get the best and biggest discount on this course is to use the The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) discount code link at the top of this page.

It will instantly give you the best coupon code we could find for Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s online training.

We don’t believe there’s a bigger discount than the one we provided, but if for some reason you’d like to try find one, you can use the methods below to hunt for the best TPODL(ALS course coupons and promo codes you can find.

FYI, the methods below will help you not just with getting TPODL(ALS for a better price, but also with any other Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. Udemy course that you’d like to get for cheaper.

How can Google help you get a TPODL(ALS discount?

To use this method, do a Google search for the TPODL(ALS training, but in your search query, be sure to add words like coupon code, promo code, deal, sale, discount, and Udemy.

For example, you might do a search for “Udemy The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) promo code” or “The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) udemy coupon codes” and see what turns up.

So in this case, for example, prioritize searches for “The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) coupons” rather than “Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. coupons”.

How can a Udemy sale get you TPODL(ALS for cheaper?

Every once in while, Udemy will do a sitewide sale where they offer all (or almost all) their courses at a discounted price. For example, one of the best sales is where every course is only $10 or $9.99.

So, if you’re interested in saving as much money as possible, you could wait and see if you can get TPODL(ALS for this cheaper Udemy sale price one day.

The problem is that these sales only occur sporadically, so you might be waiting for a while. Also, if Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. decides not to participate in the site wide sale, then you won’t get a discount on TPODL(ALS, even though you could get a great discount on almost any other class at Udemy!

To understand this, think of there as being two different coupon categories for the TPODL(ALS course.

How can you get a TPODL(ALS discount from Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.?

If you’re really serious about getting “The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills)” for the cheapest price possible, then perhaps one of the most powerful things you can do is get a coupon code straight from Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D., instead of waiting for a Udemy sale.

To do this, you can use either the direct approach or an indirect approach to try to get your discount.

With the direct approach, the big idea is to simply get Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s contact info in some way or another (whether it’s email, or Twitter, or whatever else).

Then you send a message saying something like “I’m interested in enrolling in The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills). Do you happen to currently have an active coupon code for it that I could use?” (And then, hopefully, you’ll get a reply with your discount code.)

On the other hand, with the indirect approach, you join Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s mailing list, if you can find it, and then you hope that at some time TPODL(ALS will be promoted to you at a discount.

By far, the more powerful approach is the direct approach, because it tends to get results faster. But you can experiment with the indirect approach and see if it works for you.

Can you get TPODL(ALS for free?

Of course, the best possible price for the TPODL(ALS training is free!

For example, you might do a google search for “The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) free coupon” or “The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) 100 off coupon” and see what happens.

But keep this in mind: often, Udemy teachers will offer a free coupon for their course when it first opens to get some publicity and reviews. And then, after a few days, they’ll make the coupon expired.

So even Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. has offered free coupons for TPODL(ALS in the past, the odds are likely they will all be currently expired. This is a common pattern that we have found.

What about a TPODL(ALS free download?

It’s important to understand that there’s a difference between getting full access to the TPODL(ALS training for free legally with a free coupon code vs. finding a way to download TPODL(ALS illegally.

If you really want to go the download route, you can do a google search for something like “The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) download”.

And if that doesn’t get you the results you want, you can add the word “free” to your search.

For example, perhaps you could do a google search for “The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) free download”.

However, even if you get some results from these searches, we do not recommend that you take this course of action.

First of all, there are some shady sites out there that could be trying to infect your computer.

Second, Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. created this course and deserves monetary compensation for it.

And third, if you go the free download route, you’ll be missing out on a lot of value, because you won’t be able to ask the instructor questions or interact with the other 818 students enrolled in the program.

Can you get a refund on The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills) if you don’t like it?

Let’s say that you used our tips above, and you were able to buy the TPODL(ALS training at a fantastic discounted price. So at this point, you’re super excited.

Then, you actually dive into Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D.’s course, and you discover that it just isn’t for you for whatever reason.

And now you’re super bummed, because you feel like it wasn’t money well spent.

Well, guess what?

Udemy offers a rock solid 30 day money back guarantee on all their courses, so you can get a refund on TPODL(ALS no matter what. And this means there is absolutely no risk.

Indeed, even if you left a super negative, critical review on the TPODL(ALS training, and then asked for your money back, you’d get a refund. For better or worse, there’s nothing Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D. could do about it, since it is simply Udemy policy.

To sum it up: yes, you can get a full refund, so at the end of the day, don’t worry about the possibility of purchasing TPODL(ALS and not liking it, since you can always get your money back.

What is OCP’s overall rating of The Power of Deep Listening (Using Active Listening Skills)?

During this TPODL(ALS review, you’ve learned about some of the unusual ways we like to evaluate courses, such as with The 30 Second Test and The 15 Second Bio Test.

So our overall review process is perhaps a little unusual and different from other reviews out there. Keep this in mind when you consider the overall rating / score that we have given this course.

Anyway, after taking a look at the TPODL(ALS training, the instructor, Roger Kay Allen, Ph.D., and reading what other students have said about this program, we give it an overall rating of 4.9 out of 5.

Ultimately, though, what matters most is what you would rate it based on the same criteria.

Feel free to jump to whatever question you want answered the most.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

Why use UTM1FPS as an abbreviation of the course name?

During our Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies course review, you might sometimes see us refer to it as UTM1FPS for the following 2 reasons:

  1. We created the acronym by taking the first letter of every word (which was very ingenious and innovative, we know)
  2. We’re lazy and UTM1FPS is simpler and easier for reviewing purposes

The full course name is 54 characters long, including blanks, while UTM1FPS is 7 characters long.

You do the math.

Okay, we’ll do the math. We’re saving 47 characters every time we use UTM1FPS.

So, just a heads up that we’ll be using this abbreviation sometimes, so you’re not left scratching your head and wondering what the heck we’re talking about whenever we refer to UTM1FPS throughout the remainder of this review.

Is the Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies course for you?

To determine whether Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s Udemy course is a good fit for you or not, ask yourself the following questions down below.

The more you answer “yes” to each question, the more likely it is that you’ll like this course.

Can you understand what Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s course is about in 30 seconds or less?

Hopefully, you can easily grasp in 10 seconds or less what this online course is about simply by taking a look at the title that Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. chose for the course, “Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies”, as well as its subtitle: “Learn About the Human Mind Through the Research in Social Psychological Science”.

This combo of title and subtitle should be enough to communicate the purpose of the training if Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. is a good, clear communicator (which, of course, you want in a teacher).

In our opinion, if you still don’t know what UTM1FPS is about after looking at these two things, then this is a red flag, and you might be better off not taking this class.

Are the UTM1FPS lessons clear, specific, and organized well?

Part of the (good) problem with Udemy’s online courses, such as the Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies course, is that the instructors are constantly updating them, including adding and renaming lessons.

So it makes no sense whatsoever for us to list out all the modules and lessons in the UTM1FPS course here, because you can just as easily go to the Udemy course page and get all the up to date course structure as of right now.

We do, however, have some tips about reviewing Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s course structure, so that you can get a better sense of whether this program is worth your time or not.

In a nutshell, you want to scan the the titles of the different sections and lessons of the course, and verify that they are clearly relevant to the course’s name, Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies, as well as the course’s subtitle, Learn About the Human Mind Through the Research in Social Psychological Science.

If the section names and lessons are clear, specific, and relevant, then it’s a good sign that UTM1FPS is potentially a good, useful course for you, and you can have more confidence in Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s teaching abilities and lesson planning.

On the other hand, if the module names are confusing, vague, or irrelevant, then this is a red flag, which might indicate that the program is worth skipping.

If you use this approach, the response (or lack of response) from the professor will tell you everything.

At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what kind of a coupon tag you’re dealing with (for example, “officially from Udemy” or “officially from the instructor”), as long as long as as you’re dealing with active coupons that get you a better price.

How can you get a UTM1FPS discount from Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.?

If you’re really serious about getting “Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies” for the cheapest price possible, then perhaps one of the most powerful things you can do is get a coupon code straight from Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D., instead of waiting for a Udemy sale.

To do this, you can use either the direct approach or an indirect approach to try to get your discount.

With the direct approach, the big idea is to simply get Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s contact info in some way or another (whether it’s email, or Twitter, or whatever else).

Then you send a message saying something like “I’m interested in enrolling in Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies. Do you happen to currently have an active coupon code for it that I could use?” (And then, hopefully, you’ll get a reply with your discount code.)

On the other hand, with the indirect approach, you join Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s mailing list, if you can find it, and then you hope that at some time UTM1FPS will be promoted to you at a discount.

By far, the more powerful approach is the direct approach, because it tends to get results faster. But you can experiment with the indirect approach and see if it works for you.

Can you get UTM1FPS for free?

Of course, the best possible price for the UTM1FPS training is free! As in, you pay no money whatsoever.

And guess what? Sometimes Udemy instructors provide coupon codes that enable students to take their courses for free. So, perhaps it’s possible that Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. has done this.

Basically, if you’re trying to get this program for free, you will want to search for the course’s name along with other words like free coupon, or 100 off coupon.

For example, you might do a google search for “Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies free coupon” or “Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies 100 off coupon” and see what happens.

But keep this in mind: often, Udemy teachers will offer a free coupon for their course when it first opens to get some publicity and reviews. And then, after a few days, they’ll make the coupon expired.

So even Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. has offered free coupons for UTM1FPS in the past, the odds are likely they will all be currently expired. This is a common pattern that we have found.

What about a UTM1FPS free download?

It’s important to understand that there’s a difference between getting full access to the UTM1FPS training for free legally with a free coupon code vs. finding a way to download UTM1FPS illegally.

If you really want to go the download route, you can do a google search for something like “Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies download”.

And if that doesn’t get you the results you want, you can add the word “free” to your search.

For example, perhaps you could do a google search for “Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies free download”.

However, even if you get some results from these searches, we do not recommend that you take this course of action.

First of all, there are some shady sites out there that could be trying to infect your computer.

Second, Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. created this course and deserves monetary compensation for it.

And third, if you go the free download route, you’ll be missing out on a lot of value, because you won’t be able to ask the instructor questions or interact with the other 1,832 students enrolled in the program.

Can you get a refund on Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies if you don’t like it?

Let’s say that you used our tips above, and you were able to buy the UTM1FPS training at a fantastic discounted price. So at this point, you’re super excited.

Then, you actually dive into Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s course, and you discover that it just isn’t for you for whatever reason.

And now you’re super bummed, because you feel like it wasn’t money well spent.

Well, guess what?

Udemy offers a rock solid 30 day money back guarantee on all their courses, so you can get a refund on UTM1FPS no matter what. And this means there is absolutely no risk.

Indeed, even if you left a super negative, critical review on the UTM1FPS training, and then asked for your money back, you’d get a refund. For better or worse, there’s nothing Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. could do about it, since it is simply Udemy policy.

To sum it up: yes, you can get a full refund, so at the end of the day, don’t worry about the possibility of purchasing UTM1FPS and not liking it, since you can always get your money back.

What is OCP’s overall rating of Understand the Mind: 15 Fascinating Psychology Studies?

During this UTM1FPS review, you’ve learned about some of the unusual ways we like to evaluate courses, such as with The 30 Second Test and The 15 Second Bio Test.

So our overall review process is perhaps a little unusual and different from other reviews out there. Keep this in mind when you consider the overall rating / score that we have given this course.

Anyway, after taking a look at the UTM1FPS training, the instructor, Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D., and reading what other students have said about this program, we give it an overall rating of 4.6 out of 5.

Ultimately, though, what matters most is what you would rate it based on the same criteria.

Influence People with Persuasion Psychology review for 2026

In our review of this course, we try to help you answer all of your most important questions about Influence People with Persuasion Psychology as quickly and efficiently as possible, so that you can determine whether this online education training is worth your time and money.

Feel free to jump to whatever question you want answered the most.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

Why use IPWPP as an abbreviation of the course name?

During our Influence People with Persuasion Psychology course review, you might sometimes see us refer to it as IPWPP for the following 2 reasons:

  1. We created the acronym by taking the first letter of every word (which was very ingenious and innovative, we know)
  2. We’re lazy and IPWPP is simpler and easier for reviewing purposes

The full course name is 43 characters long, including blanks, while IPWPP is 5 characters long.

You do the math.

Okay, we’ll do the math. We’re saving 38 characters every time we use IPWPP.

So, just a heads up that we’ll be using this abbreviation sometimes, so you’re not left scratching your head and wondering what the heck we’re talking about whenever we refer to IPWPP throughout the remainder of this review.

Is the Influence People with Persuasion Psychology course for you?

To determine whether Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s Udemy course is a good fit for you or not, ask yourself the following questions down below.

The more you answer “yes” to each question, the more likely it is that you’ll like this course.

Can you understand what Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s course is about in 30 seconds or less?

Hopefully, you can easily grasp in 10 seconds or less what this online course is about simply by taking a look at the title that Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. chose for the course, “Influence People with Persuasion Psychology”, as well as its subtitle: “Better Marketing and Personal Success with the Psychology of Influence and Persuasion”.

This combo of title and subtitle should be enough to communicate the purpose of the training if Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. is a good, clear communicator (which, of course, you want in a teacher).

In our opinion, if you still don’t know what IPWPP is about after looking at these two things, then this is a red flag, and you might be better off not taking this class.

Among other things, it means Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. hasn’t clearly and accurately conveyed what the course is about and might not be the best teacher for you.

For similar reasons, it’s important that you’re able to clearly understand what Influence People with Persuasion Psychology is all about from the first few lines of the course description.

So take just a few seconds to read the opening lines down below and see what you think of them.

Opening lines of Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s official description of IPWPP

UPDATE: All lessons now come with full English subtitles!

How do you get someone to give you a ride to the airport? How can you get more people to buy your product? How can you get someone to donate money to your charity?

Influencing other people can be next to impossible if you don’t know how. Research in psychology, however, has developed a set of core principles that underlie people’s willingness to say “yes” to a request. In this course, you’ll learn these principles as well as how to apply them in everyday situations. Get ready to skyrocket your influence!

(Read more about this course on the official course page.)

Does IPWPP pass the 30 Seconds Test?

You can read a lot more about Influence People with Persuasion Psychology on the official course page on Udemy, but the point is this: are the title, subtitle, and just the first few lines of the description enough to help you understand what the course is about?

If so, Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. has done a good job and can be considered more trustworthy and a good communicator, which are important qualities for any teacher.

And, if not, maybe you’re better off looking at other Personal Development classes that are more clearly defined and more tailored to your specific interests.

Did Influence People with Persuasion Psychology appeal to you in 30 seconds or less?

Now that you’ve done the 30 Second Test with IPWPP above, what is your gut reaction to this Personal Development course with only the basic information of its title, subtitle, and the first few opening lines of its official course summary?

Did Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. do a good job conveying its subject matter, and did it immediately get your attention and appeal to you?

If so, Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s online course is certainly worth considering some more.

But if not, perhaps it’s in your best interest to consider some other Personal Development courses instead, because clear communication and being able to hook and maintain your interest are two very important qualities for your online learning success.

Does Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. sound like a course instructor you’d like to learn from?

You’ve already learned how to use The 30 Second Test to make a quick evaluation of whether the IPWPP course is worth taking.

We have a similar 15 Second Bio Test where you read only the first few lines of an instructor’s background — in this case, Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s background — and then you make a quick, snap judgment as to whether you think the instructor would be ideal for you.

There is no right or wrong answer. It’s just about going with your gut instinct. What might appeal to one potential student might alienate another, and vice versa.

(FYI, all Udemy instructors, including Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D., have a Udemy profile on their course page, so you can easily check for a bio and background on the Udemy website that way. We’re only including the first few lines of the bio down below for The 15 Second Bio Test).

Opening lines from Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s Udemy bio

I am a social psychologist. My expertise is in the domain of attitudes and persuasion, but I have extensive experience with all corners of the social psychology world. The research in this field is so interesting that I can’t help but want to share it! I look forward to the chance to share the world of social psychology with you.

(Learn more about this instructor on the official course page.)

What did you think about Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. after reading just the first few lines of the bio above?

After reading just the first few lines about Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D., did it make you more or less interested in taking the IPWPP course?

And did it make you feel like Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. was more or less credible and qualified to teach Influence People with Persuasion Psychology?

Finally, overall, did you feel like you’d receive the proper training from the instructor of this Personal Development course?

As always, we encourage you to listen to your gut instinct, which is different for every student.

Are the IPWPP lessons clear, specific, and organized well?

Part of the (good) problem with Udemy’s online courses, such as the Influence People with Persuasion Psychology course, is that the instructors are constantly updating them, including adding and renaming lessons.

So it makes no sense whatsoever for us to list out all the modules and lessons in the IPWPP course here, because you can just as easily go to the Udemy course page and get all the up to date course structure as of right now.

We do, however, have some tips about reviewing Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s course structure, so that you can get a better sense of whether this program is worth your time or not.

In a nutshell, you want to scan the the titles of the different sections and lessons of the course, and verify that they are clearly relevant to the course’s name, Influence People with Persuasion Psychology, as well as the course’s subtitle, Better Marketing and Personal Success with the Psychology of Influence and Persuasion.

If the section names and lessons are clear, specific, and relevant, then it’s a good sign that IPWPP is potentially a good, useful course for you, and you can have more confidence in Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s teaching abilities and lesson planning.

On the other hand, if the module names are confusing, vague, or irrelevant, then this is a red flag, which might indicate that the program is worth skipping.

Have you taken some free lessons from Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. that you enjoyed?

Have you already learned something from Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. that you valued or enjoyed?

For example, does the Influence People with Persuasion Psychology training have some free lessons that you can try? (Almost all Udemy instructors will give you at least one or two lessons for free to help you make a better, more informed decision before enrolling in their course.)

But if you weren’t able to get any IPWPP lessons for free, have you perhaps watched a YouTube video by Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D., or perhaps come across this instructor’s thoughts on Quora, Facebook, LinkedIn, Github, Reddit, or some other platform?

Or have you perhaps even taken one of Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s free courses or free webinars? (Many online teachers offer these freebies, which is a great way to get to know them and evaluate their teaching methods before buying one of their courses.)

In any case, the more familiar you are with Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s teaching methods, and the more you enjoy them, the more likely it is that Influence People with Persuasion Psychology will be a good fit for you.

(P.S.: We strongly encourage you to seek out some free instruction from Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. before purchasing this course, since it’s one of the best ways to determine whether IPWPP will be helpful for you.)

Are “Influence People with Persuasion Psychology” reviews generally positive?

On the bottom of the IPWPP page, you can read student reviews of the class.

Prior to February 17, 2026, there were 5,863 students enrolled, 2,056 reviews / ratings, and it was overall rated 4.4 out of 5.

Obviously, the more highly other students rate IPWPP the better, but no matter what, keep an open mind when reading the reviews, since you might still like a course a great deal that other students dislike.

After all, everyone’s got their own opinion.

We recommend that you spend only a couple minutes scanning the IPWPP reviews to get an overall sense of them. You don’t have to read each one!

Is Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. responsive to student questions in the IPWPP training?

You can see what other students have to say about this in their IPWPP reviews.

But, our simple all time favorite way of gauging an instructor’s responsiveness is to simply email the instructor and see if or how they respond.

In this case, Udemy has a messaging system for students / anyone who has an account, and you can send Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. a message through this system quite easily, even if you haven’t bought IPWPP yet.

For example, you could say, “Hi, and I came across IPWPP while looking at Personal Development courses on Udemy. If I enroll in your training, would you mind if I asked you any questions along the way?”

If you use this approach, the response (or lack of response) from the professor will tell you everything.

Obviously, the quicker the response the better!

Are you comfortable going through the lessons in Influence People with Persuasion Psychology on your own, online?

This is a big one, because Influence People with Persuasion Psychology is an online course as opposed to a course that you physically take in a classroom.

Of course, you will need a good internet connection to have access to the course material and lessons, but beyond that, you also have to be comfortable being self motivated to some degree, being on your own, and not having any physical interaction with any of the other students taking Influence People with Persuasion Psychology.

Yes, you will be able to interact with the students and the teacher, Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D., online, but it’s a different kind of experience than what you’d get if you were interacting with them in person.

This is not a big deal to most people, but it might be something for you to consider if you feel like you do better taking classes in person rather than learning online.

Do the pros / benefits of IPWPP make it worth your time?

Ideally, if you’ve gone through the evaluation steps above, you have a list of positive things about the Influence People with Persuasion Psychology training that looks something like this:

  • The purpose of IPWPP can be clearly grasped and understood, and its lesson structure is clear, specific, and well organized
  • Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. is well qualified to teach this subject matter, has good teaching abilities, and is responsive to student questions
  • Other IPWPP students have great things to say about the program

Other benefits include:

  • You get to go through IPWPP at your own pace
  • You join a community of 5,863 other students taking the course
  • You get lifetime access to the training
  • All updates to the training are free
  • You have a 30 day money back guarantee

Even if there are some things that you don’t like about the program, so what?

The question is simply this: do you think that IPWPP would be worth your time, even if there are some things that could be better about it?

Can you comfortably afford IPWPP?

Can you comfortably afford the cost of Influence People with Persuasion Psychology?

This is an important question to answer, because even if you think IPWPP sounds like the greatest online class in the world, it’s still not worth taking if you can’t comfortably afford it!

Before February 17, 2026, the price was $14.99 before any Udemy discount, and you were able to pay with a credit card.

Keep in mind that this is a Udemy online course, and there’s a great chance that you can get a solid discount on IPWPP with Udemy coupons / promo codes, especially with the strategies we provide for helping you find the best, most popular coupons available.

We’ll cover that in greater detail in the next section, because at the end of the day, its important that you can learn whatever you want to learn without getting into a lot of credit card debt.

How can you maximize your discount on Influence People with Persuasion Psychology?

By far, the easiest way to get the best and biggest discount on this course is to use the Influence People with Persuasion Psychology discount code link at the top of this page.

It will instantly give you the best coupon code we could find for Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s online training.

We don’t believe there’s a bigger discount than the one we provided, but if for some reason you’d like to try find one, you can use the methods below to hunt for the best IPWPP course coupons and promo codes you can find.

FYI, the methods below will help you not just with getting IPWPP for a better price, but also with any other Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. Udemy course that you’d like to get for cheaper.

How can Google help you get a IPWPP discount?

To use this method, do a Google search for the IPWPP training, but in your search query, be sure to add words like coupon code, promo code, deal, sale, discount, and Udemy.

For example, you might do a search for “Udemy Influence People with Persuasion Psychology promo code” or “Influence People with Persuasion Psychology udemy coupon codes” and see what turns up.

Similarly, you can use the same combination of search terms with Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s name and see what happens.

For example, you might do a Google search for “Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. Udemy coupons” or “Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. course coupon codes” and see if that helps you.

However, in general, it’s far more powerful to do a search for deals and coupon codes with the actual training’s name, than with the instructor’s name.

So in this case, for example, prioritize searches for “Influence People with Persuasion Psychology coupons” rather than “Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. coupons”.

How can a Udemy sale get you IPWPP for cheaper?

Every once in while, Udemy will do a sitewide sale where they offer all (or almost all) their courses at a discounted price. For example, one of the best sales is where every course is only $10 or $9.99.

So, if you’re interested in saving as much money as possible, you could wait and see if you can get IPWPP for this cheaper Udemy sale price one day.

The problem is that these sales only occur sporadically, so you might be waiting for a while. Also, if Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. decides not to participate in the site wide sale, then you won’t get a discount on IPWPP, even though you could get a great discount on almost any other class at Udemy!

To understand this, think of there as being two different coupon categories for the IPWPP course.

How can you get a IPWPP discount from Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.?

If you’re really serious about getting “Influence People with Persuasion Psychology” for the cheapest price possible, then perhaps one of the most powerful things you can do is get a coupon code straight from Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D., instead of waiting for a Udemy sale.

To do this, you can use either the direct approach or an indirect approach to try to get your discount.

With the direct approach, the big idea is to simply get Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s contact info in some way or another (whether it’s email, or Twitter, or whatever else).

Then you send a message saying something like “I’m interested in enrolling in Influence People with Persuasion Psychology. Do you happen to currently have an active coupon code for it that I could use?” (And then, hopefully, you’ll get a reply with your discount code.)

On the other hand, with the indirect approach, you join Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s mailing list, if you can find it, and then you hope that at some time IPWPP will be promoted to you at a discount.

By far, the more powerful approach is the direct approach, because it tends to get results faster. But you can experiment with the indirect approach and see if it works for you.

Can you get IPWPP for free?

Of course, the best possible price for the IPWPP training is free!

For example, you might do a google search for “Influence People with Persuasion Psychology free coupon” or “Influence People with Persuasion Psychology 100 off coupon” and see what happens.

But keep this in mind: often, Udemy teachers will offer a free coupon for their course when it first opens to get some publicity and reviews. And then, after a few days, they’ll make the coupon expired.

So even Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. has offered free coupons for IPWPP in the past, the odds are likely they will all be currently expired. This is a common pattern that we have found.

What about a IPWPP free download?

It’s important to understand that there’s a difference between getting full access to the IPWPP training for free legally with a free coupon code vs. finding a way to download IPWPP illegally.

If you really want to go the download route, you can do a google search for something like “Influence People with Persuasion Psychology download”.

And if that doesn’t get you the results you want, you can add the word “free” to your search.

For example, perhaps you could do a google search for “Influence People with Persuasion Psychology free download”.

However, even if you get some results from these searches, we do not recommend that you take this course of action.

First of all, there are some shady sites out there that could be trying to infect your computer.

Second, Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. created this course and deserves monetary compensation for it.

And third, if you go the free download route, you’ll be missing out on a lot of value, because you won’t be able to ask the instructor questions or interact with the other 5,863 students enrolled in the program.

Can you get a refund on Influence People with Persuasion Psychology if you don’t like it?

Let’s say that you used our tips above, and you were able to buy the IPWPP training at a fantastic discounted price. So at this point, you’re super excited.

Then, you actually dive into Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s course, and you discover that it just isn’t for you for whatever reason.

And now you’re super bummed, because you feel like it wasn’t money well spent.

Well, guess what?

Udemy offers a rock solid 30 day money back guarantee on all their courses, so you can get a refund on IPWPP no matter what. And this means there is absolutely no risk.

Indeed, even if you left a super negative, critical review on the IPWPP training, and then asked for your money back, you’d get a refund. For better or worse, there’s nothing Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. could do about it, since it is simply Udemy policy.

To sum it up: yes, you can get a full refund, so at the end of the day, don’t worry about the possibility of purchasing IPWPP and not liking it, since you can always get your money back.

What is OCP’s overall rating of Influence People with Persuasion Psychology?

During this IPWPP review, you’ve learned about some of the unusual ways we like to evaluate courses, such as with The 30 Second Test and The 15 Second Bio Test.

So our overall review process is perhaps a little unusual and different from other reviews out there. Keep this in mind when you consider the overall rating / score that we have given this course.

Anyway, after taking a look at the IPWPP training, the instructor, Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D., and reading what other students have said about this program, we give it an overall rating of 4.8 out of 5.

Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology review for 2026

In our review of this course, we try to help you answer all of your most important questions about Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology as quickly and efficiently as possible, so that you can determine whether this online education training is worth your time and money.

Feel free to jump to whatever question you want answered the most.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

Why use FACIR as an abbreviation of the course name?

During our Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology course review, you might sometimes see us refer to it as FACIR for the following 2 reasons:

  1. We created the acronym by taking the first letter of every word (which was very ingenious and innovative, we know)
  2. We’re lazy and FACIR is simpler and easier for reviewing purposes

The full course name is 45 characters long, including blanks, while FACIR is 5 characters long.

You do the math.

Okay, we’ll do the math. We’re saving 40 characters every time we use FACIR.

So, just a heads up that we’ll be using this abbreviation sometimes, so you’re not left scratching your head and wondering what the heck we’re talking about whenever we refer to FACIR throughout the remainder of this review.

Is the Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology course for you?

To determine whether Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s Udemy course is a good fit for you or not, ask yourself the following questions down below.

The more you answer “yes” to each question, the more likely it is that you’ll like this course.

Can you understand what Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s course is about in 30 seconds or less?

Hopefully, you can easily grasp in 10 seconds or less what this online course is about simply by taking a look at the title that Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. chose for the course, “Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology”, as well as its subtitle: “A Comprehensive Reflexology Certification Course from India’s Leading CPD Provider”.

This combo of title and subtitle should be enough to communicate the purpose of the training if Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. is a good, clear communicator (which, of course, you want in a teacher).

In our opinion, if you still don’t know what FACIR is about after looking at these two things, then this is a red flag, and you might be better off not taking this class.

Among other things, it means Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. hasn’t clearly and accurately conveyed what the course is about and might not be the best teacher for you.

For similar reasons, it’s important that you’re able to clearly understand what Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology is all about from the first few lines of the course description.

So take just a few seconds to read the opening lines down below and see what you think of them.

Opening lines of Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s official description of FACIR

This course is designed, keeping in mind that you don’t have any prior knowledge and understanding for Reflexology. So we have completely avoided medical jargon and have simplified it for you.

This course will cover Reflexology as a whole and enable you to practice the methods and techniques to deal with common ailments.

The certification will be provided by India’s leading CPD provider.

(Read more about this course on the official course page.)

Does FACIR pass the 30 Seconds Test?

You can read a lot more about Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology on the official course page on Udemy, but the point is this: are the title, subtitle, and just the first few lines of the description enough to help you understand what the course is about?

If so, Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. has done a good job and can be considered more trustworthy and a good communicator, which are important qualities for any teacher.

And, if not, maybe you’re better off looking at other Health & Fitness classes that are more clearly defined and more tailored to your specific interests.

Did Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology appeal to you in 30 seconds or less?

Now that you’ve done the 30 Second Test with FACIR above, what is your gut reaction to this Health & Fitness course with only the basic information of its title, subtitle, and the first few opening lines of its official course summary?

Did Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. do a good job conveying its subject matter, and did it immediately get your attention and appeal to you?

If so, Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s online course is certainly worth considering some more.

But if not, perhaps it’s in your best interest to consider some other Health & Fitness courses instead, because clear communication and being able to hook and maintain your interest are two very important qualities for your online learning success.

Does Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. sound like a course instructor you’d like to learn from?

You’ve already learned how to use The 30 Second Test to make a quick evaluation of whether the FACIR course is worth taking.

We have a similar 15 Second Bio Test where you read only the first few lines of an instructor’s background — in this case, Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s background — and then you make a quick, snap judgment as to whether you think the instructor would be ideal for you.

There is no right or wrong answer. It’s just about going with your gut instinct. What might appeal to one potential student might alienate another, and vice versa.

(FYI, all Udemy instructors, including Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D., have a Udemy profile on their course page, so you can easily check for a bio and background on the Udemy website that way. We’re only including the first few lines of the bio down below for The 15 Second Bio Test).

What did you think about Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. after reading just the first few lines of the bio above?

After reading just the first few lines about Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D., did it make you more or less interested in taking the FACIR course?

And did it make you feel like Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. was more or less credible and qualified to teach Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology?

Finally, overall, did you feel like you’d receive the proper training from the instructor of this Health & Fitness course?

As always, we encourage you to listen to your gut instinct, which is different for every student.

Are the FACIR lessons clear, specific, and organized well?

Part of the (good) problem with Udemy’s online courses, such as the Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology course, is that the instructors are constantly updating them, including adding and renaming lessons.

So it makes no sense whatsoever for us to list out all the modules and lessons in the FACIR course here, because you can just as easily go to the Udemy course page and get all the up to date course structure as of right now.

We do, however, have some tips about reviewing Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s course structure, so that you can get a better sense of whether this program is worth your time or not.

In a nutshell, you want to scan the the titles of the different sections and lessons of the course, and verify that they are clearly relevant to the course’s name, Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology, as well as the course’s subtitle, A Comprehensive Reflexology Certification Course from India’s Leading CPD Provider.

If the section names and lessons are clear, specific, and relevant, then it’s a good sign that FACIR is potentially a good, useful course for you, and you can have more confidence in Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s teaching abilities and lesson planning.

On the other hand, if the module names are confusing, vague, or irrelevant, then this is a red flag, which might indicate that the program is worth skipping.

Have you taken some free lessons from Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. that you enjoyed?

Have you already learned something from Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. that you valued or enjoyed?

For example, does the Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology training have some free lessons that you can try? (Almost all Udemy instructors will give you at least one or two lessons for free to help you make a better, more informed decision before enrolling in their course.)

But if you weren’t able to get any FACIR lessons for free, have you perhaps watched a YouTube video by Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D., or perhaps come across this instructor’s thoughts on Quora, Facebook, LinkedIn, Github, Reddit, or some other platform?

Or have you perhaps even taken one of Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s free courses or free webinars? (Many online teachers offer these freebies, which is a great way to get to know them and evaluate their teaching methods before buying one of their courses.)

In any case, the more familiar you are with Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s teaching methods, and the more you enjoy them, the more likely it is that Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology will be a good fit for you.

(P.S.: We strongly encourage you to seek out some free instruction from Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. before purchasing this course, since it’s one of the best ways to determine whether FACIR will be helpful for you.)

Are “Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology” reviews generally positive?

On the bottom of the FACIR page, you can read student reviews of the class.

Prior to February 17, 2026, there were 709 students enrolled, 239 reviews / ratings, and it was overall rated 4.3 out of 5.

Obviously, the more highly other students rate FACIR the better, but no matter what, keep an open mind when reading the reviews, since you might still like a course a great deal that other students dislike.

After all, everyone’s got their own opinion.

We recommend that you spend only a couple minutes scanning the FACIR reviews to get an overall sense of them. You don’t have to read each one!

Is Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. responsive to student questions in the FACIR training?

You can see what other students have to say about this in their FACIR reviews.

But, our simple all time favorite way of gauging an instructor’s responsiveness is to simply email the instructor and see if or how they respond.

In this case, Udemy has a messaging system for students / anyone who has an account, and you can send Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. a message through this system quite easily, even if you haven’t bought FACIR yet.

For example, you could say, “Hi, and I came across FACIR while looking at Health & Fitness courses on Udemy. If I enroll in your training, would you mind if I asked you any questions along the way?”

If you use this approach, the response (or lack of response) from the professor will tell you everything.

Obviously, the quicker the response the better!

Are you comfortable going through the lessons in Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology on your own, online?

This is a big one, because Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology is an online course as opposed to a course that you physically take in a classroom.

Of course, you will need a good internet connection to have access to the course material and lessons, but beyond that, you also have to be comfortable being self motivated to some degree, being on your own, and not having any physical interaction with any of the other students taking Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology.

Yes, you will be able to interact with the students and the teacher, Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D., online, but it’s a different kind of experience than what you’d get if you were interacting with them in person.

This is not a big deal to most people, but it might be something for you to consider if you feel like you do better taking classes in person rather than learning online.

Do the pros / benefits of FACIR make it worth your time?

Ideally, if you’ve gone through the evaluation steps above, you have a list of positive things about the Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology training that looks something like this:

  • The purpose of FACIR can be clearly grasped and understood, and its lesson structure is clear, specific, and well organized
  • Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. is well qualified to teach this subject matter, has good teaching abilities, and is responsive to student questions
  • Other FACIR students have great things to say about the program

Other benefits include:

  • You get to go through FACIR at your own pace
  • You join a community of 709 other students taking the course
  • You get lifetime access to the training
  • All updates to the training are free
  • You have a 30 day money back guarantee

Even if there are some things that you don’t like about the program, so what?

The question is simply this: do you think that FACIR would be worth your time, even if there are some things that could be better about it?

Can you comfortably afford FACIR?

Can you comfortably afford the cost of Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology?

This is an important question to answer, because even if you think FACIR sounds like the greatest online class in the world, it’s still not worth taking if you can’t comfortably afford it!

Before February 17, 2026, the price was $14.99 before any Udemy discount, and you were able to pay with a credit card.

Keep in mind that this is a Udemy online course, and there’s a great chance that you can get a solid discount on FACIR with Udemy coupons / promo codes, especially with the strategies we provide for helping you find the best, most popular coupons available.

We’ll cover that in greater detail in the next section, because at the end of the day, its important that you can learn whatever you want to learn without getting into a lot of credit card debt.

How can you maximize your discount on Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology?

By far, the easiest way to get the best and biggest discount on this course is to use the Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology discount code link at the top of this page.

It will instantly give you the best coupon code we could find for Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s online training.

We don’t believe there’s a bigger discount than the one we provided, but if for some reason you’d like to try find one, you can use the methods below to hunt for the best FACIR course coupons and promo codes you can find.

FYI, the methods below will help you not just with getting FACIR for a better price, but also with any other Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. Udemy course that you’d like to get for cheaper.

How can Google help you get a FACIR discount?

To use this method, do a Google search for the FACIR training, but in your search query, be sure to add words like coupon code, promo code, deal, sale, discount, and Udemy.

For example, you might do a search for “Udemy Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology promo code” or “Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology udemy coupon codes” and see what turns up.

Similarly, you can use the same combination of search terms with Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s name and see what happens.

For example, you might do a Google search for “Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. Udemy coupons” or “Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. course coupon codes” and see if that helps you.

However, in general, it’s far more powerful to do a search for deals and coupon codes with the actual training’s name, than with the instructor’s name.

So in this case, for example, prioritize searches for “Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology coupons” rather than “Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. coupons”.

How can a Udemy sale get you FACIR for cheaper?

Every once in while, Udemy will do a sitewide sale where they offer all (or almost all) their courses at a discounted price. For example, one of the best sales is where every course is only $10 or $9.99.

So, if you’re interested in saving as much money as possible, you could wait and see if you can get FACIR for this cheaper Udemy sale price one day.

The problem is that these sales only occur sporadically, so you might be waiting for a while. Also, if Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. decides not to participate in the site wide sale, then you won’t get a discount on FACIR, even though you could get a great discount on almost any other class at Udemy!

To understand this, think of there as being two different coupon categories for the FACIR course.

How can you get a FACIR discount from Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.?

If you’re really serious about getting “Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology” for the cheapest price possible, then perhaps one of the most powerful things you can do is get a coupon code straight from Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D., instead of waiting for a Udemy sale.

To do this, you can use either the direct approach or an indirect approach to try to get your discount.

With the direct approach, the big idea is to simply get Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s contact info in some way or another (whether it’s email, or Twitter, or whatever else).

Then you send a message saying something like “I’m interested in enrolling in Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology. Do you happen to currently have an active coupon code for it that I could use?” (And then, hopefully, you’ll get a reply with your discount code.)

On the other hand, with the indirect approach, you join Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s mailing list, if you can find it, and then you hope that at some time FACIR will be promoted to you at a discount.

By far, the more powerful approach is the direct approach, because it tends to get results faster. But you can experiment with the indirect approach and see if it works for you.

Can you get FACIR for free?

Of course, the best possible price for the FACIR training is free! As in, you pay no money whatsoever.

And guess what? Sometimes Udemy instructors provide coupon codes that enable students to take their courses for free. So, perhaps it’s possible that Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. has done this.

Basically, if you’re trying to get this program for free, you will want to search for the course’s name along with other words like free coupon, or 100 off coupon.

For example, you might do a google search for “Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology free coupon” or “Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology 100 off coupon” and see what happens.

But keep this in mind: often, Udemy teachers will offer a free coupon for their course when it first opens to get some publicity and reviews. And then, after a few days, they’ll make the coupon expired.

So even Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. has offered free coupons for FACIR in the past, the odds are likely they will all be currently expired. This is a common pattern that we have found.

What about a FACIR free download?

It’s important to understand that there’s a difference between getting full access to the FACIR training for free legally with a free coupon code vs. finding a way to download FACIR illegally.

If you really want to go the download route, you can do a google search for something like “Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology download”.

And if that doesn’t get you the results you want, you can add the word “free” to your search.

For example, perhaps you could do a google search for “Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology free download”.

However, even if you get some results from these searches, we do not recommend that you take this course of action.

First of all, there are some shady sites out there that could be trying to infect your computer.

Second, Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. created this course and deserves monetary compensation for it.

And third, if you go the free download route, you’ll be missing out on a lot of value, because you won’t be able to ask the instructor questions or interact with the other 709 students enrolled in the program.

Can you get a refund on Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology if you don’t like it?

Let’s say that you used our tips above, and you were able to buy the FACIR training at a fantastic discounted price. So at this point, you’re super excited.

Then, you actually dive into Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D.’s course, and you discover that it just isn’t for you for whatever reason.

And now you’re super bummed, because you feel like it wasn’t money well spent.

Well, guess what?

Udemy offers a rock solid 30 day money back guarantee on all their courses, so you can get a refund on FACIR no matter what. And this means there is absolutely no risk.

Indeed, even if you left a super negative, critical review on the FACIR training, and then asked for your money back, you’d get a refund. For better or worse, there’s nothing Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D. could do about it, since it is simply Udemy policy.

To sum it up: yes, you can get a full refund, so at the end of the day, don’t worry about the possibility of purchasing FACIR and not liking it, since you can always get your money back.

What is OCP’s overall rating of Fully Accredited Certification in Reflexology?

During this FACIR review, you’ve learned about some of the unusual ways we like to evaluate courses, such as with The 30 Second Test and The 15 Second Bio Test.

So our overall review process is perhaps a little unusual and different from other reviews out there. Keep this in mind when you consider the overall rating / score that we have given this course.

Anyway, after taking a look at the FACIR training, the instructor, Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, Ph.D., and reading what other students have said about this program, we give it an overall rating of 4.7 out of 5.

Ultimately, though, what matters most is what you would rate it based on the same criteria.

So take just a few seconds to read the opening lines down below and see what you think of them.

Opening lines of Tara Brach, Ph.D.’s official description of MFAAS-WTB

We all have some undercurrent of fear running through daily life. We may worry about losing our health and mental lucidity; losing others we love; losing our job or reputation.  In our daily trance of fear, our mind can spin endless stories about bad things that might happen, and how to avoid them.

Often we try to control things by pointing fingers of blame at others or at ourselves. We become, as a meditation teacher once said, “a bundle of tense muscles defending our existence.” We may not even notice this armor, because it feels like such a familiar part of who we are. It blocks us from living fully and from relating to others with spontaneity, ease and openheartedness.

This course shows how every one of us can find reliable inner resources of safety, strength and connection. Drawing on these resources, we can stay present when fear arises and meet the situation bravely, wisely, with interest and care. We learn to respond, rather than react.

After reading just the first few lines about Tara Brach, Ph.D., did it make you more or less interested in taking the MFAAS-WTB course?

And did it make you feel like Tara Brach, Ph.D. was more or less credible and qualified to teach Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach?

Finally, overall, did you feel like you’d receive the proper training from the instructor of this Personal Development course?

As always, we encourage you to listen to your gut instinct, which is different for every student.

Are the MFAAS-WTB lessons clear, specific, and organized well?

Part of the (good) problem with Udemy’s online courses, such as the Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach course, is that the instructors are constantly updating them, including adding and renaming lessons.

So it makes no sense whatsoever for us to list out all the modules and lessons in the MFAAS-WTB course here, because you can just as easily go to the Udemy course page and get all the up to date course structure as of right now.

We do, however, have some tips about reviewing Tara Brach, Ph.D.’s course structure, so that you can get a better sense of whether this program is worth your time or not.

In a nutshell, you want to scan the the titles of the different sections and lessons of the course, and verify that they are clearly relevant to the course’s name, Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach, as well as the course’s subtitle, Learn Practices that Help Reduce Stress and Calm Fears.

If the section names and lessons are clear, specific, and relevant, then it’s a good sign that MFAAS-WTB is potentially a good, useful course for you, and you can have more confidence in Tara Brach, Ph.D.’s teaching abilities and lesson planning.

On the other hand, if the module names are confusing, vague, or irrelevant, then this is a red flag, which might indicate that the program is worth skipping.

Have you taken some free lessons from Tara Brach, Ph.D. that you enjoyed?

Have you already learned something from Tara Brach, Ph.D. that you valued or enjoyed?

For example, does the Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach training have some free lessons that you can try? (Almost all Udemy instructors will give you at least one or two lessons for free to help you make a better, more informed decision before enrolling in their course.)

But if you weren’t able to get any MFAAS-WTB lessons for free, have you perhaps watched a YouTube video by Tara Brach, Ph.D., or perhaps come across this instructor’s thoughts on Quora, Facebook, LinkedIn, Github, Reddit, or some other platform?

Or have you perhaps even taken one of Tara Brach, Ph.D.’s free courses or free webinars? (Many online teachers offer these freebies, which is a great way to get to know them and evaluate their teaching methods before buying one of their courses.)

In any case, the more familiar you are with Tara Brach, Ph.D.’s teaching methods, and the more you enjoy them, the more likely it is that Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach will be a good fit for you.

(P.S.: We strongly encourage you to seek out some free instruction from Tara Brach, Ph.D. before purchasing this course, since it’s one of the best ways to determine whether MFAAS-WTB will be helpful for you.)

Are “Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach” reviews generally positive?

On the bottom of the MFAAS-WTB page, you can read student reviews of the class.

Prior to February 17, 2026, there were 37,106 students enrolled, 4,731 reviews / ratings, and it was overall rated 4.4 out of 5.

Obviously, the more highly other students rate MFAAS-WTB the better, but no matter what, keep an open mind when reading the reviews, since you might still like a course a great deal that other students dislike.

After all, everyone’s got their own opinion.

We recommend that you spend only a couple minutes scanning the MFAAS-WTB reviews to get an overall sense of them. You don’t have to read each one!

Is Tara Brach, Ph.D. responsive to student questions in the MFAAS-WTB training?

You can see what other students have to say about this in their MFAAS-WTB reviews.

But, our simple all time favorite way of gauging an instructor’s responsiveness is to simply email the instructor and see if or how they respond.

In this case, Udemy has a messaging system for students / anyone who has an account, and you can send Tara Brach, Ph.D. a message through this system quite easily, even if you haven’t bought MFAAS-WTB yet.

For example, you could say, “Hi, and I came across MFAAS-WTB while looking at Personal Development courses on Udemy. If I enroll in your training, would you mind if I asked you any questions along the way?”

If you use this approach, the response (or lack of response) from the professor will tell you everything.

Obviously, the quicker the response the better!

Are you comfortable going through the lessons in Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach on your own, online?

This is a big one, because Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach is an online course as opposed to a course that you physically take in a classroom.

Of course, you will need a good internet connection to have access to the course material and lessons, but beyond that, you also have to be comfortable being self motivated to some degree, being on your own, and not having any physical interaction with any of the other students taking Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach.

Yes, you will be able to interact with the students and the teacher, Tara Brach, Ph.D., online, but it’s a different kind of experience than what you’d get if you were interacting with them in person.

This is not a big deal to most people, but it might be something for you to consider if you feel like you do better taking classes in person rather than learning online.

Do the pros / benefits of MFAAS-WTB make it worth your time?

Ideally, if you’ve gone through the evaluation steps above, you have a list of positive things about the Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach training that looks something like this:

  • The purpose of MFAAS-WTB can be clearly grasped and understood, and its lesson structure is clear, specific, and well organized
  • Tara Brach, Ph.D. is well qualified to teach this subject matter, has good teaching abilities, and is responsive to student questions
  • Other MFAAS-WTB students have great things to say about the program

Other benefits include:

  • You get to go through MFAAS-WTB at your own pace
  • You join a community of 37,106 other students taking the course
  • You get lifetime access to the training
  • All updates to the training are free
  • You have a 30 day money back guarantee

Even if there are some things that you don’t like about the program, so what?

The question is simply this: do you think that MFAAS-WTB would be worth your time, even if there are some things that could be better about it?

Can you comfortably afford MFAAS-WTB?

Can you comfortably afford the cost of Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach?

This is an important question to answer, because even if you think MFAAS-WTB sounds like the greatest online class in the world, it’s still not worth taking if you can’t comfortably afford it!

Before February 17, 2026, the price was $14.99 before any Udemy discount, and you were able to pay with a credit card.

Keep in mind that this is a Udemy online course, and there’s a great chance that you can get a solid discount on MFAAS-WTB with Udemy coupons / promo codes, especially with the strategies we provide for helping you find the best, most popular coupons available.

We’ll cover that in greater detail in the next section, because at the end of the day, its important that you can learn whatever you want to learn without getting into a lot of credit card debt.

How can you maximize your discount on Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach?

By far, the easiest way to get the best and biggest discount on this course is to use the Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach discount code link at the top of this page.

It will instantly give you the best coupon code we could find for Tara Brach, Ph.D.’s online training.

We don’t believe there’s a bigger discount than the one we provided, but if for some reason you’d like to try find one, you can use the methods below to hunt for the best MFAAS-WTB course coupons and promo codes you can find.

FYI, the methods below will help you not just with getting MFAAS-WTB for a better price, but also with any other Tara Brach, Ph.D. Udemy course that you’d like to get for cheaper.

How can Google help you get a MFAAS-WTB discount?

To use this method, do a Google search for the MFAAS-WTB training, but in your search query, be sure to add words like coupon code, promo code, deal, sale, discount, and Udemy.

For example, you might do a search for “Udemy Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach promo code” or “Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach udemy coupon codes” and see what turns up.

Similarly, you can use the same combination of search terms with Tara Brach, Ph.D.’s name and see what happens.

For example, you might do a Google search for “Tara Brach, Ph.D. Udemy coupons” or “Tara Brach, Ph.D. course coupon codes” and see if that helps you.

However, in general, it’s far more powerful to do a search for deals and coupon codes with the actual training’s name, than with the instructor’s name.

So in this case, for example, prioritize searches for “Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach coupons” rather than “Tara Brach, Ph.D. coupons”.

How can a Udemy sale get you MFAAS-WTB for cheaper?

Every once in while, Udemy will do a sitewide sale where they offer all (or almost all) their courses at a discounted price. For example, one of the best sales is where every course is only $10 or $9.99.

So, if you’re interested in saving as much money as possible, you could wait and see if you can get MFAAS-WTB for this cheaper Udemy sale price one day.

The problem is that these sales only occur sporadically, so you might be waiting for a while. Also, if Tara Brach, Ph.D. decides not to participate in the site wide sale, then you won’t get a discount on MFAAS-WTB, even though you could get a great discount on almost any other class at Udemy!

To understand this, think of there as being two different coupon categories for the MFAAS-WTB course.

How can you get a MFAAS-WTB discount from Tara Brach, Ph.D.?

If you’re really serious about getting “Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach” for the cheapest price possible, then perhaps one of the most powerful things you can do is get a coupon code straight from Tara Brach, Ph.D., instead of waiting for a Udemy sale.

To do this, you can use either the direct approach or an indirect approach to try to get your discount.

With the direct approach, the big idea is to simply get Tara Brach, Ph.D.’s contact info in some way or another (whether it’s email, or Twitter, or whatever else).

Then you send a message saying something like “I’m interested in enrolling in Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach. Do you happen to currently have an active coupon code for it that I could use?” (And then, hopefully, you’ll get a reply with your discount code.)

On the other hand, with the indirect approach, you join Tara Brach, Ph.D.’s mailing list, if you can find it, and then you hope that at some time MFAAS-WTB will be promoted to you at a discount.

By far, the more powerful approach is the direct approach, because it tends to get results faster. But you can experiment with the indirect approach and see if it works for you.

Can you get MFAAS-WTB for free?

Of course, the best possible price for the MFAAS-WTB training is free! As in, you pay no money whatsoever.

And guess what? Sometimes Udemy instructors provide coupon codes that enable students to take their courses for free. So, perhaps it’s possible that Tara Brach, Ph.D. has done this.

Basically, if you’re trying to get this program for free, you will want to search for the course’s name along with other words like free coupon, or 100 off coupon.

For example, you might do a google search for “Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach free coupon” or “Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach 100 off coupon” and see what happens.

But keep this in mind: often, Udemy teachers will offer a free coupon for their course when it first opens to get some publicity and reviews. And then, after a few days, they’ll make the coupon expired.

So even Tara Brach, Ph.D. has offered free coupons for MFAAS-WTB in the past, the odds are likely they will all be currently expired. This is a common pattern that we have found.

What about a MFAAS-WTB free download?

It’s important to understand that there’s a difference between getting full access to the MFAAS-WTB training for free legally with a free coupon code vs. finding a way to download MFAAS-WTB illegally.

If you really want to go the download route, you can do a google search for something like “Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach download”.

And if that doesn’t get you the results you want, you can add the word “free” to your search.

For example, perhaps you could do a google search for “Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach free download”.

However, even if you get some results from these searches, we do not recommend that you take this course of action.

First of all, there are some shady sites out there that could be trying to infect your computer.

Second, Tara Brach, Ph.D. created this course and deserves monetary compensation for it.

And third, if you go the free download route, you’ll be missing out on a lot of value, because you won’t be able to ask the instructor questions or interact with the other 37,106 students enrolled in the program.

Can you get a refund on Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach if you don’t like it?

Let’s say that you used our tips above, and you were able to buy the MFAAS-WTB training at a fantastic discounted price. So at this point, you’re super excited.

Then, you actually dive into Tara Brach, Ph.D.’s course, and you discover that it just isn’t for you for whatever reason.

And now you’re super bummed, because you feel like it wasn’t money well spent.

Well, guess what?

Udemy offers a rock solid 30 day money back guarantee on all their courses, so you can get a refund on MFAAS-WTB no matter what. And this means there is absolutely no risk.

Indeed, even if you left a super negative, critical review on the MFAAS-WTB training, and then asked for your money back, you’d get a refund. For better or worse, there’s nothing Tara Brach, Ph.D. could do about it, since it is simply Udemy policy.

To sum it up: yes, you can get a full refund, so at the end of the day, don’t worry about the possibility of purchasing MFAAS-WTB and not liking it, since you can always get your money back.

What is OCP’s overall rating of Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep – with Tara Brach?

During this MFAAS-WTB review, you’ve learned about some of the unusual ways we like to evaluate courses, such as with The 30 Second Test and The 15 Second Bio Test.

So our overall review process is perhaps a little unusual and different from other reviews out there. Keep this in mind when you consider the overall rating / score that we have given this course.

Anyway, after taking a look at the MFAAS-WTB training, the instructor, Tara Brach, Ph.D., and reading what other students have said about this program, we give it an overall rating of 4.6 out of 5.

Ultimately, though, what matters most is what you would rate it based on the same criteria.

Brief course description

PLS Path Modeling with the Desktop PLS-GUI Application is a course that both teaches about the practice of variance-based structural equation modeling (SEM), sometimes referred to as PLS Path Modeling, and is a course that provides a beta application, the desktop PLS-GUI, to do so. The PLS-GUI application was developed using the visual RGtk2 programming language in R software. RGtk2 is the R-based GUI language extension derived from the public GTK+ (GIMP Tool Kit) language.

The PLS-GUI desktop application was jointly developed by Dr. Geoffrey Hubona and Dean Lim, both of whom are co-instructors of this course.

Course participants are encouraged to use the included PLS-GUI desktop application with their own data and PLS model files. Please note that this was a beta version application which is no longer directly supported by our staff. So, while we are limited in our ability to provide fixes or solutions to use-related issues which may arise installing or using the application, we are happy to answer any and all questions relevant to the course content per se.

Be Happier with Positive Psychology review for 2026

In our review of this course, we try to help you answer all of your most important questions about Be Happier with Positive Psychology as quickly and efficiently as possible, so that you can determine whether this online education training is worth your time and money.

Feel free to jump to whatever question you want answered the most.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

Why use BHWPP as an abbreviation of the course name?

During our Be Happier with Positive Psychology course review, you might sometimes see us refer to it as BHWPP for the following 2 reasons:

  1. We created the acronym by taking the first letter of every word (which was very ingenious and innovative, we know)
  2. We’re lazy and BHWPP is simpler and easier for reviewing purposes

The full course name is 35 characters long, including blanks, while BHWPP is 5 characters long.

You do the math.

Okay, we’ll do the math. We’re saving 30 characters every time we use BHWPP.

So, just a heads up that we’ll be using this abbreviation sometimes, so you’re not left scratching your head and wondering what the heck we’re talking about whenever we refer to BHWPP throughout the remainder of this review.

Is the Be Happier with Positive Psychology course for you?

To determine whether Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s Udemy course is a good fit for you or not, ask yourself the following questions down below.

The more you answer “yes” to each question, the more likely it is that you’ll like this course.

Can you understand what Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s course is about in 30 seconds or less?

Hopefully, you can easily grasp in 10 seconds or less what this online course is about simply by taking a look at the title that Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. chose for the course, “Be Happier with Positive Psychology”, as well as its subtitle: “The Science of Psychology & Happiness Shows Tested Ways to Increase Your Well-Being and Life Satisfaction”.

This combo of title and subtitle should be enough to communicate the purpose of the training if Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. is a good, clear communicator (which, of course, you want in a teacher).

In our opinion, if you still don’t know what BHWPP is about after looking at these two things, then this is a red flag, and you might be better off not taking this class.

Among other things, it means Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. hasn’t clearly and accurately conveyed what the course is about and might not be the best teacher for you.

For similar reasons, it’s important that you’re able to clearly understand what Be Happier with Positive Psychology is all about from the first few lines of the course description.

So take just a few seconds to read the opening lines down below and see what you think of them.

Opening lines of Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s official description of BHWPP

Course Launched in March 2016

*Updated May 2016 — new sections added

It’s no secret that happier people reap a ton of benefits in life. They are more likely to graduate college, have more successful careers, have a more fulfilling social life, feel more confident, are more creative, are physically healthier, and even have stronger immune systems.

(Read more about this course on the official course page.)

Does BHWPP pass the 30 Seconds Test?

You can read a lot more about Be Happier with Positive Psychology on the official course page on Udemy, but the point is this: are the title, subtitle, and just the first few lines of the description enough to help you understand what the course is about?

If so, Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. has done a good job and can be considered more trustworthy and a good communicator, which are important qualities for any teacher.

And, if not, maybe you’re better off looking at other Personal Development classes that are more clearly defined and more tailored to your specific interests.

Did Be Happier with Positive Psychology appeal to you in 30 seconds or less?

Now that you’ve done the 30 Second Test with BHWPP above, what is your gut reaction to this Personal Development course with only the basic information of its title, subtitle, and the first few opening lines of its official course summary?

Did Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. do a good job conveying its subject matter, and did it immediately get your attention and appeal to you?

If so, Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s online course is certainly worth considering some more.

But if not, perhaps it’s in your best interest to consider some other Personal Development courses instead, because clear communication and being able to hook and maintain your interest are two very important qualities for your online learning success.

Does Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. sound like a course instructor you’d like to learn from?

You’ve already learned how to use The 30 Second Test to make a quick evaluation of whether the BHWPP course is worth taking.

What did you think about Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. after reading just the first few lines of the bio above?

After reading just the first few lines about Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D., did it make you more or less interested in taking the BHWPP course?

And did it make you feel like Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. was more or less credible and qualified to teach Be Happier with Positive Psychology?

Finally, overall, did you feel like you’d receive the proper training from the instructor of this Personal Development course?

As always, we encourage you to listen to your gut instinct, which is different for every student.

Are the BHWPP lessons clear, specific, and organized well?

Part of the (good) problem with Udemy’s online courses, such as the Be Happier with Positive Psychology course, is that the instructors are constantly updating them, including adding and renaming lessons.

So it makes no sense whatsoever for us to list out all the modules and lessons in the BHWPP course here, because you can just as easily go to the Udemy course page and get all the up to date course structure as of right now.

We do, however, have some tips about reviewing Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s course structure, so that you can get a better sense of whether this program is worth your time or not.

In a nutshell, you want to scan the the titles of the different sections and lessons of the course, and verify that they are clearly relevant to the course’s name, Be Happier with Positive Psychology, as well as the course’s subtitle, The Science of Psychology & Happiness Shows Tested Ways to Increase Your Well-Being and Life Satisfaction.

If the section names and lessons are clear, specific, and relevant, then it’s a good sign that BHWPP is potentially a good, useful course for you, and you can have more confidence in Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s teaching abilities and lesson planning.

On the other hand, if the module names are confusing, vague, or irrelevant, then this is a red flag, which might indicate that the program is worth skipping.

Have you already learned something from Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. that you valued or enjoyed?

For example, does the Be Happier with Positive Psychology training have some free lessons that you can try? (Almost all Udemy instructors will give you at least one or two lessons for free to help you make a better, more informed decision before enrolling in their course.)

But if you weren’t able to get any BHWPP lessons for free, have you perhaps watched a YouTube video by Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D., or perhaps come across this instructor’s thoughts on Quora, Facebook, LinkedIn, Github, Reddit, or some other platform?

Or have you perhaps even taken one of Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s free courses or free webinars? (Many online teachers offer these freebies, which is a great way to get to know them and evaluate their teaching methods before buying one of their courses.)

In any case, the more familiar you are with Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s teaching methods, and the more you enjoy them, the more likely it is that Be Happier with Positive Psychology will be a good fit for you.

(P.S.: We strongly encourage you to seek out some free instruction from Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. before purchasing this course, since it’s one of the best ways to determine whether BHWPP will be helpful for you.)

Are “Be Happier with Positive Psychology” reviews generally positive?

On the bottom of the BHWPP page, you can read student reviews of the class.

Prior to February 17, 2026, there were 3,660 students enrolled, 1,778 reviews / ratings, and it was overall rated 4.5 out of 5.

Obviously, the more highly other students rate BHWPP the better, but no matter what, keep an open mind when reading the reviews, since you might still like a course a great deal that other students dislike.

After all, everyone’s got their own opinion.

We recommend that you spend only a couple minutes scanning the BHWPP reviews to get an overall sense of them. You don’t have to read each one!

Is Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. responsive to student questions in the BHWPP training?

You can see what other students have to say about this in their BHWPP reviews.

But, our simple all time favorite way of gauging an instructor’s responsiveness is to simply email the instructor and see if or how they respond.

In this case, Udemy has a messaging system for students / anyone who has an account, and you can send Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. a message through this system quite easily, even if you haven’t bought BHWPP yet.

For example, you could say, “Hi, and I came across BHWPP while looking at Personal Development courses on Udemy. If I enroll in your training, would you mind if I asked you any questions along the way?”

If you use this approach, the response (or lack of response) from the professor will tell you everything.

Obviously, the quicker the response the better!

Are you comfortable going through the lessons in Be Happier with Positive Psychology on your own, online?

This is a big one, because Be Happier with Positive Psychology is an online course as opposed to a course that you physically take in a classroom.

Of course, you will need a good internet connection to have access to the course material and lessons, but beyond that, you also have to be comfortable being self motivated to some degree, being on your own, and not having any physical interaction with any of the other students taking Be Happier with Positive Psychology.

Do the pros / benefits of BHWPP make it worth your time?

Ideally, if you’ve gone through the evaluation steps above, you have a list of positive things about the Be Happier with Positive Psychology training that looks something like this:

  • The purpose of BHWPP can be clearly grasped and understood, and its lesson structure is clear, specific, and well organized
  • Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. is well qualified to teach this subject matter, has good teaching abilities, and is responsive to student questions
  • Other BHWPP students have great things to say about the program

Other benefits include:

  • You get to go through BHWPP at your own pace
  • You join a community of 3,660 other students taking the course
  • You get lifetime access to the training
  • All updates to the training are free
  • You have a 30 day money back guarantee

Even if there are some things that you don’t like about the program, so what?

The question is simply this: do you think that BHWPP would be worth your time, even if there are some things that could be better about it?

Can you comfortably afford BHWPP?

Can you comfortably afford the cost of Be Happier with Positive Psychology?

This is an important question to answer, because even if you think BHWPP sounds like the greatest online class in the world, it’s still not worth taking if you can’t comfortably afford it!

Before February 17, 2026, the price was $12.99 before any Udemy discount, and you were able to pay with a credit card.

Keep in mind that this is a Udemy online course, and there’s a great chance that you can get a solid discount on BHWPP with Udemy coupons / promo codes, especially with the strategies we provide for helping you find the best, most popular coupons available.

We’ll cover that in greater detail in the next section, because at the end of the day, its important that you can learn whatever you want to learn without getting into a lot of credit card debt.

How can you maximize your discount on Be Happier with Positive Psychology?

By far, the easiest way to get the best and biggest discount on this course is to use the Be Happier with Positive Psychology discount code link at the top of this page.

It will instantly give you the best coupon code we could find for Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s online training.

We don’t believe there’s a bigger discount than the one we provided, but if for some reason you’d like to try find one, you can use the methods below to hunt for the best BHWPP course coupons and promo codes you can find.

FYI, the methods below will help you not just with getting BHWPP for a better price, but also with any other Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. Udemy course that you’d like to get for cheaper.

How can Google help you get a BHWPP discount?

To use this method, do a Google search for the BHWPP training, but in your search query, be sure to add words like coupon code, promo code, deal, sale, discount, and Udemy.

For example, you might do a search for “Udemy Be Happier with Positive Psychology promo code” or “Be Happier with Positive Psychology udemy coupon codes” and see what turns up.

So in this case, for example, prioritize searches for “Be Happier with Positive Psychology coupons” rather than “Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. coupons”.

How can a Udemy sale get you BHWPP for cheaper?

Every once in while, Udemy will do a sitewide sale where they offer all (or almost all) their courses at a discounted price. For example, one of the best sales is where every course is only $10 or $9.99.

So, if you’re interested in saving as much money as possible, you could wait and see if you can get BHWPP for this cheaper Udemy sale price one day.

The problem is that these sales only occur sporadically, so you might be waiting for a while. Also, if Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. decides not to participate in the site wide sale, then you won’t get a discount on BHWPP, even though you could get a great discount on almost any other class at Udemy!

To understand this, think of there as being two different coupon categories for the BHWPP course.

How can you get a BHWPP discount from Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.?

If you’re really serious about getting “Be Happier with Positive Psychology” for the cheapest price possible, then perhaps one of the most powerful things you can do is get a coupon code straight from Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D., instead of waiting for a Udemy sale.

To do this, you can use either the direct approach or an indirect approach to try to get your discount.

With the direct approach, the big idea is to simply get Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s contact info in some way or another (whether it’s email, or Twitter, or whatever else).

Then you send a message saying something like “I’m interested in enrolling in Be Happier with Positive Psychology. Do you happen to currently have an active coupon code for it that I could use?” (And then, hopefully, you’ll get a reply with your discount code.)

On the other hand, with the indirect approach, you join Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s mailing list, if you can find it, and then you hope that at some time BHWPP will be promoted to you at a discount.

By far, the more powerful approach is the direct approach, because it tends to get results faster. But you can experiment with the indirect approach and see if it works for you.

Can you get BHWPP for free?

Of course, the best possible price for the BHWPP training is free!

For example, you might do a google search for “Be Happier with Positive Psychology free coupon” or “Be Happier with Positive Psychology 100 off coupon” and see what happens.

But keep this in mind: often, Udemy teachers will offer a free coupon for their course when it first opens to get some publicity and reviews. And then, after a few days, they’ll make the coupon expired.

So even Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. has offered free coupons for BHWPP in the past, the odds are likely they will all be currently expired. This is a common pattern that we have found.

What about a BHWPP free download?

It’s important to understand that there’s a difference between getting full access to the BHWPP training for free legally with a free coupon code vs. finding a way to download BHWPP illegally.

If you really want to go the download route, you can do a google search for something like “Be Happier with Positive Psychology download”.

And if that doesn’t get you the results you want, you can add the word “free” to your search.

For example, perhaps you could do a google search for “Be Happier with Positive Psychology free download”.

However, even if you get some results from these searches, we do not recommend that you take this course of action.

First of all, there are some shady sites out there that could be trying to infect your computer.

Second, Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. created this course and deserves monetary compensation for it.

And third, if you go the free download route, you’ll be missing out on a lot of value, because you won’t be able to ask the instructor questions or interact with the other 3,660 students enrolled in the program.

Can you get a refund on Be Happier with Positive Psychology if you don’t like it?

Let’s say that you used our tips above, and you were able to buy the BHWPP training at a fantastic discounted price. So at this point, you’re super excited.

Then, you actually dive into Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D.’s course, and you discover that it just isn’t for you for whatever reason.

And now you’re super bummed, because you feel like it wasn’t money well spent.

Well, guess what?

Udemy offers a rock solid 30 day money back guarantee on all their courses, so you can get a refund on BHWPP no matter what. And this means there is absolutely no risk.

Indeed, even if you left a super negative, critical review on the BHWPP training, and then asked for your money back, you’d get a refund. For better or worse, there’s nothing Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D. could do about it, since it is simply Udemy policy.

To sum it up: yes, you can get a full refund, so at the end of the day, don’t worry about the possibility of purchasing BHWPP and not liking it, since you can always get your money back.

What is OCP’s overall rating of Be Happier with Positive Psychology?

During this BHWPP review, you’ve learned about some of the unusual ways we like to evaluate courses, such as with The 30 Second Test and The 15 Second Bio Test.

So our overall review process is perhaps a little unusual and different from other reviews out there. Keep this in mind when you consider the overall rating / score that we have given this course.

Anyway, after taking a look at the BHWPP training, the instructor, Andrew Luttrell, Ph.D., and reading what other students have said about this program, we give it an overall rating of 4.6 out of 5.

Ultimately, though, what matters most is what you would rate it based on the same criteria.
