Why use MSOAM as an abbreviation of the course name?

During our Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing course review, you might sometimes see us refer to it as MSOAM for the following 2 reasons:

  • We created the acronym by taking the first letter of every word (which was very ingenious and clever, we know)
  • We’re lazy and MSOAM is simpler and easier for reviewing purposes

The full course name is 35 characters long, including blanks, while MSOAM is 5 characters long. You do the math.

Okay, we’ll do the math. We’re saving 30 characters every time we use MSOAM.

So, just a heads up that we’ll be using this abbreviation sometimes, so you’re not left scratching your head and wondering what the heck we’re talking about whenever we refer to MSOAM throughout the remainder of this review.

What is the Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing course about?

The purpose of MSOAM is to teach you how to monetize your blog via affiliate marketing.

In other words, it’s a making money online course, which focuses on how to make money online by selling and recommending products to your blog or website visitors (or your social media followers).

It’s taught by Michelle Schroeder-Gardner, the founder of the personal finance website Making Sense of Cents.

What are the overall cons of MSOAM?

After digging through the 18 reviews below, we found the following criticisms about Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing:
  • This is primarily a text based course with barely any videos (some people said they actually liked this, but it was a frequent complaint from people who prefer watching videos to reading text)
  • This is not a get rich quick course (you actually have to put in the time and effort to get results, and it can sometimes take a while to see results)
  • It is for people who are new to affiliate marketing (if you’re already familiar with affiliate marketing, you won’t get that much — or as much — out of it)
  • It doesn’t teach you SEO (Search Engine Optimization) or how to use paid ads to get traffic to your blog or website
  • The price was a little too pricey for some people ($197)

Money Can Buy Me Happiness: positive review (got results, “best value blogging course ever taken”)

Less than 6 months after starting the course, I was able to apply for a premier ad network due to increased page views.

I used all the strategies in the course and asked loads of questions in the VIP Facebook group.

As a result, I now make a solid part-time income from my blog of between $1000-$1500/USD per month, from both affiliate marketing and ad revenue.

(You can read about my earlier successes in a post I wrote about making money from a small blog when my page views were lower.) The best part is that I now look at blogging in a completely different light. Before I took this course I was all about chasing page views, but now I think about how to monetize and have a business plan for each post.

This course was, without doubt, the best value blogging course I’ve ever taken (and I’ve taken a lot of courses).

Quirky Cents: positive review (thrilled with results)

I recommend this course! I’ve purchased several ebooks and courses on blogging, increasing traffic, getting sales, and more.

This course is by far, one of my FAVORITES!

Since starting Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing a few weeks ago, I’ve added an additional $2,000 in affiliate income monthly!

It’s been a few months since completing this course and I now earn thousands EVERY.SINGLE.MONTH from affiliate marketing!!

To say I’m thrilled is a huge understatement. Her course works!

The Writer Entrepreneur: positive review (course is “invaluable for a newbie”)

This course is invaluable for a newbie. However, let’s be honest. You are not going to start making $50,000 a month as soon as you finish this course It took Michelle a long time and lots of hard work to get to that figure just as it’s taken me a while as well.

What I can promise you though is that this course will enable you with the right information, tools, and tips, and point you in the right direction, which will save you a lot of time.

If you implement what you learn correctly, you will start to see a jump in your income as the months go by.

Travel by Maya: positive review (got results)

Now, the part you’ve probably been waiting for – DOES THIS COURSE REALLY WORK? HAVE I SEEN ANY DIFFERENCE AFTER USING IT?

My short answer will be – hell yeah!

I’ve started my blog around 4 months ago (according to 11/30/19), and November was the first month I’ve seen “real money” from my blog.

Before that I’ve made a few dollars on Amazon, another few dollars from other affiliate programs, but I didn’t really seen anything big. And that was the main reason I’ve decided to take this course.

I am planning on posting an income report next week, so I won’t go into too much details, but I will tell you this.

I bought Making Sense Of Affiliate Marketing around a month ago, which means around the end of October 2019. Like I said before, I’ve only seen a few dollars on October, and for November, my 4th month blogging, I made $682!!!

I am so happy I got this course , information is power, and for the short and long term this course is definitely worth it.

Also, if you really want to take blogging serious, and make it your full-time job, or part-time job, this course will help you increase your affiliate marketing stream.

InkWellEditorial.com: positive review (one of “best decisions every made for online business”)

It’s been a long time since I’ve spent money to make money online. When I came across Michelle’s course, I read through the reviews about it and did further research.

I got busy with other projects, and delayed the purchase for about a week. It had been pulling at me and pulling at me though. So I finally pulled the trigger and purchased. When I look back, I realize it’s one of the best decisions I ever made for my online business.

Seaside Sundays: positive review (likes real world examples, got results)

This course is by far the most thorough course I have bought. It is clear that Michelle spent a lot of time creating it and making sure to include as much information as possible.

For me, these the best things about the course::

Michelle explains everything very clearly and I grasped a lot of ideas that I had been struggling to understand such as no-follow links.

In most cases, Michelle shows how she has used specific affiliate marketing techniques in her blog and it was good to see “real-life” examples that I could use and make my own. I’m a visual learner and seeing things in action really helped me to grasp the concept.

I learned many different ways to market my affiliate links and products that had not occurred to me and that I hadn’t read anywhere else.

I bought and took the course in April 2017. By the end of May I had made my first affiliate income from my blog.

Since then my affiliate income has grown and I consistently make $1000+ from affiliate marketing alone. I don’t think I would have made an income so quickly without Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing.

My Twenty Cents: positive review (provided structured approach)

When I first started blogging, I was struggling to make money. I had no idea where to begin. In my first month blogging, I made nothing. In my second, I made a whooping $5 in ads. Blah.

I decided that I needed to diversify my income streams and I knew that affiliate marketing was the next thing to look into.

Blogging is super overwhelming. Sure, I knew I could probably get all this information for free elsewhere, but I had no idea who to trust and how to structure my approach.

After starting the Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing course, I learned how to better structure my blog posts and email to convert sales. I learned how to revisit my old posts and rewrite them in an effective way. The course taught me how to incorporate affiliate marketing into my blog posts or emails without coming off as salesy or slimy.

Eternal Expat: positive review (got good results)

I worked my way through the course towards the end of 2017. I was already signed up for a few of the affiliate programs recommended in the course (Booking.com, Amazon, and Get Your Guide). I then signed up for several more after doing some research and thinking about what other things I love to talk about around the topic of travel.

In November 2017, I had approximately 10,000 monthly page views. As of May 2019, I currently have about 90,000 monthly page views.

I went from making less than $100 a month from affiliate marketing to averaging between $800 and $1200 USD per month on affiliate marketing. My Pinterest traffic has grown hugely and I am focusing my content on posts that convert.

I know that some of this is just natural growth because I have been working on growing my blog overall. However, I also know that a lot of the tactics that I learned in this course have hugely contributed to that amount of income. My blog posts have so much more direction and focus. I am much more aware of what I’m writing. I’m much better at planning out my content, and I focus a lot more on writing posts that convert. I would never have done any of those things without this course.

Chasing Foxes: positive review (made back money “100 times over”, especially likes Facebook group)

Over the past 3 years, we’ve covered the cost of the course ($197 as a one-off payment or 2 payments of $105/month) by about one hundred times over.

And that’s not even exaggerating.

The money we’ve made from affiliate marketing based off of what we’ve learned from this course makes its cost completely pale in comparison.

Sure, you could say this would also have been true had we taken another affiliate marketing course, but this is still pretty incredible and speaks volumes about the quality of the course itself.

Another positive long-term impact this course has had is from the support Facebook group you get invited to after enrolling.

Once you’ve worked your way through most of the material in the course and start implementing what you’ve learned, this Facebook group starts to become more and more valuable to your long-term success.

You can ask questions, receive feedback, and discuss strategies with others who may be more knowledgable than you are and further ahead in their affiliate marketing journey.

Drew Review: somewhat positive, mixed review (liked Pinterest module)

Overall, I picked up some good tips here, such as in the Pinterest module and a couple of other suggestions.

However, this course is geared more towards those with an existing blog that is already making money.

As a newbie, you’ll still be scratching your head. Also the text only format with no video instruction just makes it more difficult to learn in my opinion. I’m not a fan of text only courses.

Also, there’s no mention of how to get traffic, either through SEO or paid ads. It doesn’t matter how good your on-page is – if you’ve got no traffic – you have no business!

Happy to Wander: positive review (“completely changed blogging life”, 30 day refund gives peace of mind)

This course completely changed my blogging life, and gave me the final push I needed to make affiliate marketing work for me.

I had done a lot of research prior to my purchase, so while none of the course content was absolutely mindblowing, what it did was give me the guidance and roadmap I needed to create success for myself. This course was the last missing piece of the puzzle for me, and I do honestly believe that if you’re the right fit, it’ll help you too.

If you’re unsure, the 30 Day refund policy is really your best friend. Just buy the course, see if it’s valuable for you, and then decide whether or not to ask for a refund. Simple as that.

Mending with Gold: mostly positive review (especially likes Facebook group)

I find this course a smart package because of the FB group it comes with. You get a supportive and professional community where you can promote your content and seek help.

As far as I know, and I have gone through at least 4 affiliate marketing courses, it’s the best package (not the best strategies; the best package, which includes the content/strategies plus the bonuses plus the FB community).

I can’t justify the full price of this course but it does go on sale frequently which makes it a very good buy at the discounted price.

If we only talk about the course info or content you will learn, it’s good, I mean really good but it’s NOT for advanced affiliate marketers.

If you do everything she says in the course, you WILL make money I’m sure but please don’t think you’ll earn $100k like her after going through this course alone. There are many other variables that you have to work on as Michelle does (e.g. hard work, consistency, honesty, generosity, popular niche, traffic strategy etc) .

Millenial Money Man: positive review (got great results, increased passive income)

I wish I had a bunch of cons I could list because I typically like to balance out reviews a little more, but there really isn’t a whole lot I didn’t like about the Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing course. It worked well for me and I learned a lot.

I’ve also made a lot of money because of the course. Hard to complain.

The biggest thing I can think of is that it’s a purely text-based course, whereas other courses I’ve taken that are the same quality are video and text. I learn a little bit better with the video, but if all text bothers you, then I would just digest the course in smaller sessions.

If you’re looking at it from an ROI basis, my return on this $197 investment in just those first 10 months yielded an 18,810.02% return.

Yes, that looks ridiculous, and no, I don’t think everyone who takes the course will see that type of performance. But let’s be real– even an extra $250-$500 a month semi-passively is a huge win no matter how big or small your site is.

Michelle does a good job of cutting out the “fluff” that you see in other how-to resources, and I really appreciate that. When I set out to learn something, I just want to know what I need to do and how to do it. I already paid for the course, so I don’t need someone to continue to sell it to me so I feel good about the purchase.

I highly recommend this course and think it’s a good product for a fair price. It’s just solid, actionable information for growing your affiliate income.

She recently released another course called Making Sense of Sponsored Posts , and I’ve already bought it. I’ll be doing a review for that one in the next couple of months.

Elizabeth Stapleton: positive review (a “fantastic comprehensive course”)

Bottom line, if you’re new to the idea of affiliate marketing this course is a fantastic comprehensive course that’s going to walk you through everything you need to know to set yourself up.

It gives you great ideas for affiliate programs and shows how to sign up or apply, and get the most out of those programs. It is a great way to work monetization into your website, even if you’re new because it can set you up for long term success.

The Savvy Couple: positive review (takes work, but worth it, “course completely changed our lives”)

It would be foolish for us to promise that after taking the course you are going to instantly start making money from your blog.

The fact of the matter is after taking the course you will have the knowledge and education on affiliate marketing that you will need to be successful. From there it’s completely up to you on how you use that knowledge for your blog.

Blogging is not a get rich quick scheme like many think it is. It takes a lot of hard work and determination to learn how to make money online and get paid to blog.

With that being said, we wholeheartedly believe that with the right work ethic and determination anyone can be successful blogging. With her 30-day money back guarantee you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

This course completely changed our lives!

Millenial Boss: positive review (especially likes Pinterest lessons, increased Pinterest audience)

I have no regrets that I invested in this course.

I had always heard I needed to use Pinterest but it wasn’t until I started the course that I really kicked myself in the butt to do it.

Michelle includes a bonus “Pinterest guide” that was super helpful in setting up my Pinterest account for this site.

I now have over 9,000 followers and growing on the Millennial Boss Pinterest Page.

Pinterest has brought a new audience to my site that I never would have had before.

Michelle has added a 30 minute video on Pinterest from the bloggers at Create & Go who drive thousands of visitors to their blog with Pinterest. She also added and expanded upon the Pinterest lesson in her course. My traffic is also up over 100,000 page views per month.

WhereverWriter: neutral review

I had a really hard time writing a review because Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing isn’t the first course I’d recommend to bloggers who want to make money.

I’m way more enthusiastic about Pinterest Traffic Avalanche or Pajama Affiliates.

BUT, having said that, I DO NOT regret buying Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing , and I am glad I did buy it. So, I’m on the fence. I think it is good, but I think only for certain people.

I’ll let you decide. But I just want you to know I am being totally honest, and I never would let a blogger buy a course if I thought it was a BAD course (and trust me, I’ve taken bad courses, and I never recommend them to anyone even when the course is crazy popular).

Ebizfacts: negative review

Unfortunately not. Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing is more a list of “things to keep in mind” than it is a practical instruction in affiliate marketing.

Here’s a quick overview of the biggest issues I found:

  • The training is shallow and generic, with very few in-depth lessons or practical step-by-step guides
  • The course mainly tells you WHAT to do but rarely HOW to actually do it
  • There is zero SEO training in the course
  • There are several hidden costs
  • Despite claims to the contrary on the sales page, Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing is NOT “a great learning tool” for new bloggers
  • The course isn’t all bad – some positives listed below – but overall it fell well short of my expectations and does not compare favorably to some other affiliate marketing courses I’ve reviewed.

7 more MSOAM testimonials (not included in our analysis of 18 reviews)

The official Making Sense of Marketing course page has testimonials scattered throughout it.

We don’t place as much value on them as we do on the 18 reviews we researched, because obviously they were chosen to promote the course. (Basically, you only hear praise for the course and not any critiques).

That said, you might find something valuable to take away from them, so for your convenience, we have consolidated them below for you.

Rosemarie Groner testimonial

Michelle is unbelievable. I had a decent amount of traffic, but struggled with using affiliates wisely. I used to get really overwhelmed with affiliates and would be disappointed when I didn’t see results from the enormous amount of effort I was putting into it.

Michelle was able to quickly identify what needed to be changed and within one month, my income rose 40% and has since quadrupled only 4 months after working with her! My income was $6,469.50 before I talked to Michelle, immediately jumped to $9,362.64 the next month and is now $24,680.25 (four months later) and climbing!

Michelle is my go-to person for step by step affiliate income strategy.

Natalie Bacon testimonial

I go to Michelle’s income reports every month because they empower me. After I read them, I feel like I can accomplish all the blogging goals I’ve ever had. The amazing thing is that these income reports are real – she’s really doing it. It’s incredible!

Chris Peach testimonial

I started my blog in March 2015 and didn’t even know what affiliate marketing meant. And….I didn’t do much about it. I think my largest month was around $500 last year and then died down to sometimes only a few bucks per month. It wasn’t my focus, but I didn’t realize I was leaving money on the table, meaning I was losing money every month! I decided to enroll in Michelle’s course, and I quickly noticed I didn’t know a thing when it came to true Affiliate Marketing! No wonder it just ‘wasn’t working for me’…

Results from the first 60 days of taking the course:

I am still nowhere close to implementing everything I’ve learned [from the course], but….My August affiliate income was $1,792.26.

That’s a $1,705 increase since I became a student of the Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing school. So, my investment in the class was worth it!

McKinzie Bean testimonial

“I have followed Michelle’s blog for years. Her blog posts are incredibly informative and never disappoint. Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing is no different. The detailed strategies she shares in her course can help any blogger implement affiliate marketing. Within two days I received my first ever affiliate sale! From then I was hooked. The Mastermind alone is worth the cost of the course and the immediate access to an affiliate marketing expert is priceless! I highly recommend Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing.”

Stefanie O’Connell testimonial

Crystal’s testimonial

I have to tell you, I took the course and have implemented her strategies and am already seeing results. There are some courses I have taken and have wondered what I learned after I took it. That is not the case with this course. This is one of those courses you won’t regret taking. Michelle knows what she is talking about when it comes to affiliate marketing and she has results to prove it. She brings in over $50,000 a month in affiliate income alone. And now she is teaching us how we can do the same thing.

Jessica Bishop testimonial

Reading Michelle’s income reports each month made me realize the huge potential there is to make more money online. Even as a blogger with an established site over 8 years old, I knew that there was so much that I could learn from Michelle because she’s had such incredible success! Watching her income climb each month has really motivated me to change up my affiliate strategy and be more intentional with my efforts.

Does Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing pass these simple tests for you?

By this point, you’ve considered what other people think about MSOAM.

But, at Online Courses Pro, we always encourage you to trust your gut instinct. Even if these are the most glowing reviews in the world, it ultimately matters more what you think, rather than anyone else, since you’re the one buying the course and putting in the time and money.

With that in mind, we’ve developed super simple (stupid simple) methods for helping you decide in 30 seconds or less whether this course is for you or not.

To determine whether Michelle’s course is a good fit for you or not, ask yourself the following questions down below.

The more you answer “yes” to each question, the more likely it is that you’ll like this course.

Can you understand what Michelle Schroeder-Gardner’s course is about in 30 seconds or less?

Hopefully, you can easily grasp in 10 seconds or less what this online course is about simply by taking a look at the title that Michelle Schroeder-Gardner chose for the course, “Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing”, as well as its subtitle: “How to build a six figure blog without millions of visitors or selling your soul.”

This combo of title and subtitle should be enough to communicate the purpose of the training if Michelle is a good, clear communicator (which, of course, you want in a teacher).

In our opinion, if you still don’t know what MSOAM is about after looking at these two things, then this is a red flag, and you might be better off not taking this class.

Among other things, it means she hasn’t clearly and accurately conveyed what the course is about and might not be the best teacher for you.

For similar reasons, it’s important that you’re able to clearly understand what Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing is all about from the first few lines of the course description.

So take just a few seconds to read the opening lines down below and see what you think of them.

Opening lines of Michelle Schroeder-Gardner’s official description of MSOAM

Learn how I went from $0 in affiliate income to over $50,000 per month.

Are you a blogger but unsure of how to make money online? Or, maybe you’ve been blogging for awhile but haven’t had much luck with affiliate marketing.

Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing is a step-by-step guide to creating and making money from your own successful affiliate marketing strategy. This course explains all of the ins and outs, so you are never left wondering where to go next when creating and implementing your affiliate marketing strategy.

This course makes affiliate marketing achievable. You can see your blogging income grow from the beginning, and the information in this course will help you well into the future.

If you’re not earning money through affiliate marketing, then you are leaving money on the table.

Bloggers and online influencers can all successfully promote products to their audience and earn an income, while being genuine and trustworthy.

Does MSOAM pass the 30 Seconds Test?

You can read a lot more about Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing on the official course page, but the point is this: are the title, subtitle, and just the first few lines of the description enough to help you understand what the course is about?

If so, Michelle has done a good job and can be considered more trustworthy and a good communicator, which are important qualities for any teacher.

And, if not, maybe you’re better off looking at other affiliate marketing classes that are more clearly defined and more tailored to your specific interests.

Did Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing appeal to you in 30 seconds or less?

Now that you’ve done the 30 Second Test with MSOAM above, what is your gut reaction to this affiliate marketing course with only the basic information of its title, subtitle, and the first few opening lines of its official course summary?

Did Michelle do a good job conveying its subject matter, and did it immediately get your attention and appeal to you?

If so, her online course is certainly worth considering some more.

But if not, perhaps it’s in your best interest to consider some other online marketing courses instead, because clear communication and being able to hook and maintain your interest are two very important qualities for your online learning success.

Does Michelle Schroeder-Gardner sound like a course instructor you’d like to learn from?

You’ve already learned how to use The 30 Second Test to make a quick evaluation of whether the MSOAM course is worth taking.

We have a similar 15 Second Bio Test where you read only the first few lines of an instructor’s background (in this case, Michelle Schroeder-Gardner’s background) and then you make a quick, snap judgment as to whether you think the instructor would be ideal for you.

There is no right or wrong answer. It’s just about going with your gut instinct. What might appeal to one potential student might alienate another, and vice versa.

Opening lines from Michelle Schroeder-Gardner’s bio

My name is Michelle Schroeder-Gardner and I run the award-winning personal finance blog, Making Sense of Cents. I started blogging entirely as a hobby, and I am now currently earning over $100,000 a month blogging, with around $50,000 a month of that coming from affiliate marketing.

My writing and advice has been featured on sites such as Huffington Post, Forbes, Yahoo, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Zillow, US News, Nasdaq, MSN, and more.

When I’m not blogging, you’ll find me exploring via sailboat (we used to RV full-time!) with my husband and our two dogs. We sold our house in 2015 and have been traveling full-time since!

What did you think about Michelle after reading just the first few lines of the bio above?

After reading just the first few lines about Michelle, did it make you more or less interested in taking the MSOAM course?

And did it make you feel like Michelle was more or less credible and qualified to teach Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing?

Finally, overall, did you feel like you’d receive the proper training from the instructor of this affiliate marketing course?

As always, we encourage you to listen to your gut instinct, which is different for every student.

Are the MSOAM lessons clear, specific, and organized well?

Part of the (good) problem with online courses, such as the Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing course, is that the instructors are constantly updating them, including adding and renaming lessons.

So it makes no sense whatsoever for us to list out all the modules and lessons in the MSOAM course here, because you can just as easily go to the course page and get all the up to date course structure as of right now.

We do, however, have some tips about reviewing Michelle’s course structure, so that you can get a better sense of whether this program is worth your time or not.

In a nutshell, you want to scan the the titles of the different sections and lessons of the course, and verify that they are clearly relevant to the course’s name, Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing, as well as the course’s subtitle, How to build a six figure blog without millions of visitors or selling your soul.

If the section names and lessons are clear, specific, and relevant, then it’s a good sign that MSOAM is potentially a good, useful course for you, and you can have more confidence in Michelle’s teaching abilities and lesson planning.

On the other hand, if the module names are confusing, vague, or irrelevant, then this is a red flag, which might indicate that the program is worth skipping.

Have you taken some free lessons from Michelle Schroeder-Gardner that you enjoyed?

Have you already learned something from Michelle that you valued or enjoyed?

For example, does the Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing training have some free lessons that you can try? (Almost all instructors will give you at least one or two lessons for free to help you make a better, more informed decision before enrolling in their course.) But if you weren’t able to get any MSOAM lessons for free, have you perhaps watched a YouTube video by her, or perhaps come across this instructor’s thoughts on Quora, Facebook, LinkedIn, Github, Reddit, or some other platform?

Or have you perhaps even taken one of Michelle Schroeder-Gardner’s free courses or free webinars? (Many online teachers offer these freebies, which is a great way to get to know them and evaluate their teaching methods before buying one of their courses.) In any case, the more familiar you are with Michelle Schroeder-Gardner’s teaching methods, and the more you enjoy them, the more likely it is that Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing will be a good fit for you.

(P.S.: We strongly encourage you to seek out some free instruction from Michelle Schroeder-Gardner before purchasing this course, since it’s one of the best ways to determine whether MSOAM will be helpful for you.)

Is Michelle responsive to student questions in the MSOAM training?

You can see what other students have to say about this in their MSOAM reviews. (As you’ve learned, students enjoy knowing that they can ask her questions in the Facebook community.)

But, our simple all time favorite way of gauging an instructor’s responsiveness is to simply email the instructor and see if or how they respond.

In this case, you could send Michelle an email and say something like, “Hi, I’m considering purchasing MSOAM. If I enroll in your training, would you mind if I asked you any questions along the way?”

If you use this approach, the response (or lack of response) from the instructor will tell you everything.

Obviously, the quicker the response the better!

Are you comfortable going through the lessons in Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing on your own, online?

This is a big one, because Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing is an online course as opposed to a course that you physically take in a classroom.

Of course, you will need a good internet connection to have access to the course material and lessons, but beyond that, you also have to be comfortable being self motivated to some degree, being on your own, and not having any physical interaction with any of the other students taking Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing.

Yes, you will be able to interact with the students and Michelle online in the Facebook community, but it’s a different kind of experience than what you’d get if you were interacting with them in person.

This is not a big deal to most people, but it might be something for you to consider if you feel like you do better taking classes in person rather than learning online.

Do the pros / benefits of MSOAM make it worth your time?

Ideally, if you’ve gone through the evaluation steps above, you have a list of positive things about the Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing training that looks something like this:

  • The purpose of MSOAM can be clearly grasped and understood, and its lesson structure is clear, specific, and well organized
  • Michelle Schroeder-Gardner is well qualified to teach this subject matter, has good teaching abilities, and is responsive to student questions
  • Other MSOAM students have great things to say about the program
  • You get to go through MSOAM at your own pace
  • You join a Facebook community of other students taking the course
  • You get lifetime access to the training
  • All updates to the training are free

Even if there are some things that you don’t like about the program, so what?

The question is simply this: do you think that MSOAM would be worth your time, even if there are some things that could be better about it?

Can you comfortably afford MSOAM?

Can you comfortably afford the cost of Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing?

This is an important question to answer, because even if you think MSOAM sounds like the greatest online class in the world, it’s still not worth taking if you can’t comfortably afford it!

When we last reviewed the checkout page, the price was $197.00 before any discount, and you were able to pay with a credit card.

Keep in mind that this is a online course, and there’s a great chance that you can get a solid discount on MSOAM with coupons / promo codes , especially with the strategies we provide for helping you find the best, most popular coupons available.

We’ll cover that in greater detail in the next section, because at the end of the day, its important that you can learn whatever you want to learn without getting into a lot of credit card debt.

How can you maximize your discount on Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing?

By far, the easiest way to get the best and biggest discount on this course is to use the Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing discount code link at the top of this page.

It will instantly give you the best coupon code we could find for Michelle Schroeder-Gardner’s online training.

We don’t believe there’s a bigger discount than the one we provided, but if for some reason you’d like to try find one, you can use the methods below to hunt for the best MSOAM course coupons and promo codes you can find.

FYI, the methods below will help you not just with getting MSOAM for a better price, but also with any other Michelle Schroeder-Gardner course that you’d like to get for cheaper.

How can Google help you get a MSOAM discount?

To use this method, do a Google search for the MSOAM training, but in your search query, be sure to add words like coupon code, promo code, deal, sale, discount, and .

For example, you might do a search for ” Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing promo code” or “Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing coupon codes” and see what turns up.

Similarly, you can use the same combination of search terms with Michelle Schroeder-Gardner’s name and see what happens.

For example, you might do a Google search for “Michelle Schroeder-Gardner coupons” or “Michelle Schroeder-Gardner course coupon codes” and see if that helps you.

However, in general, it’s far more powerful to do a search for deals and coupon codes with the actual training’s name, than with the instructor’s name.

So in this case, for example, prioritize searches for “Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing coupons” rather than “Michelle Schroeder-Gardner coupons”.

How can you get a MSOAM discount from Michelle Schroeder-Gardner?

If you’re really serious about getting “Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing” for the cheapest price possible, then perhaps one of the most powerful things you can do is get a coupon code straight from Michelle Schroeder-Gardner, instead of waiting for a sale.

To do this, you can use either the direct approach or an indirect approach to try to get your discount.

With the direct approach, the big idea is to simply get Michelle Schroeder-Gardner’s contact info in some way or another (whether it’s email, or Twitter, or whatever else).

Then you send a message saying something like “I’m interested in enrolling in Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing. Do you happen to currently have an active coupon code for it that I could use?” (And then, hopefully, you’ll get a reply with your discount code.) On the other hand, with the indirect approach, you join Michelle Schroeder-Gardner’s mailing list, if you can find it, and then you hope that at some time MSOAM will be promoted to you at a discount.

By far, the more powerful approach is the direct approach, because it tends to get results faster. But you can experiment with the indirect approach and see if it works for you.

Can you get MSOAM for free?

Of course, the best possible price for the MSOAM training is free! As in, you pay no money whatsoever.

And guess what? Sometimes instructors provide coupon codes that enable students to take their courses for free. So, perhaps it’s possible that Michelle has done this.

Basically, if you’re trying to get this program for free, you will want to search for the course’s name along with other words like free coupon, or 100 off coupon.

For example, you might do a google search for “Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing free coupon” or “Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing 100 off coupon” and see what happens.

But keep this in mind: often, teachers will offer a free coupon for their course when it first opens to get some publicity and reviews. And then, after a few days, they’ll make the coupon expired.

So even Michelle Schroeder-Gardner has offered free coupons for MSOAM in the past, the odds are likely they will all be currently expired. This is a common pattern that we have found.

What about a MSOAM free download?

It’s important to understand that there’s a difference between getting full access to the MSOAM training for free legally with a free coupon code vs. finding a way to download MSOAM illegally.

If you really want to go the download route, you can do a google search for something like “Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing download”.

And if that doesn’t get you the results you want, you can add the word “free” to your search.

For example, perhaps you could do a google search for “Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing free download”.

However, even if you get some results from these searches, we do not recommend that you take this course of action.

First of all, there are some shady sites out there that could be trying to infect your computer.

Second, Michelle Schroeder-Gardner created this course and deserves monetary compensation for it.

And third, if you go the free download route, you’ll be missing out on a lot of value, because you won’t be able to ask the instructor questions or interact with the other students enrolled in the program in the Facebook community.
