Though there are many things that our present-day market can provide as substitutes for this dietary lifestyle, sometimes you’ll just miss the real stuff. That’s when I decided to make this course and try many delicious recipes which I could enjoy guilt-free and still be on the low carb diet.

In just a few weeks of trying the low carb diet, I have felt the good effect of this dietary lifestyle. I feel more active and alert, not very sleepy always, I have less cravings for food, and most of all the weight loss. I am not sure how long I will be staying in this diet but as long as I am into it, I will be trying and creating new recipes which I am going to share to all of you. This course is just the first of many.
