The client will be able to develop a plan for warming up prior to exercise ideas on how to reduce the risk of injury. At the same time they will learn recover techniques that can be used in many different scenarios. These techniques can be used from advanced to beginners. Some of the techniques will be stretching both active and static. Recovery techniques such as foam rolling, baseball massage, band stretching and much more.
