Requirements: you will need to make or buy a shaker and some rhythm bones. You will also need a bodhran/drum/tambourine/hardback book and pen. A jews harp of any sort would be good, (I’m using a Dan Moi in G from soundforhealth.com). You will also need a harmonica (I’m using a Marine Band in G but any will do for now) and some domestic spoons.
