Brief course description

Ace Your Math Placement Exam

Congratulations on your acceptance to college!

Many colleges require incoming students to take a math placement exam. It is important to prepare for this exam. Doing well will help qualify you to take courses in your major and facilitate a timely graduation. A good placement exam score may exempt you from developmental or remedial mathematics courses.

College Math Success Team bio

Our company is dedicated to helping students be “cool” with doing mathematics which is why we selected a penguin as our logo. We are a team of experienced community college mathematics professors who have successfully helped over 35,000 students improve their performance on their college math placement exam using the techniques in this prep course. Each member of the team has taught remedial and developmental math courses at urban colleges for more than a decade. We have developed numerous workshops to help students successfully complete their pre-algebra and algebra courses. In addition, members of the team have created review materials currently used by a major university and published mathematics textbooks used throughout the country as well as internationally.
